Accountability Friday October 10
Just got home but I had posted on my profile this morning so I was ready to paste it on here! Hope everyone is off to a Great Weekend!
Today is my late day at work. :) Love having the morning at home. Have done lots of housework and some reading. Going to relax before showering and getting ready to leave.
Weighed myself this morning at 153! 13 more lbs. to my goal!
Today's Intake Plans:
B: 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes w/ mozzarella cheese
S: Banana
L: Garden Salad w/ egg, cheese, and kidney beans
S: Pear
D: Tuna and cheddar popcorn cake
S: Protein Bar
D2: Lean Cuisine Shrimp and Pasta meal, chips and salsa (I got home really late and was starving!)
Exercise: Not going to happen. Cleaned house instead of going for a walk.

I am doing so much better at staying away from the sugar today - I think its the extra protein drink I added

OMG..too busy to even worry about eating.....but then again my stomach just was not really wanting it after this bout with the flu! Here's the little bit I did have.

Cannot trust stomach yet to really eat....still feels wooosy!
