I have got to STOP this grazing

All I want to do is eat. I'm not hungry, just looking for something that taste good.I think I need to add some new things to my menus. The soups sound good, and I think I may start having more protein for breakfast. Although I haven't eaten much tonight , the rest of the day was one big meal.
B...SB bar, cranergy, coffee

S....fiber one bar, coffee
2 wasa's with chicken salad
L....2 wasa's with chicken salad, 2 wasa's with pimento cheese
S2 SF pudding with coolwhip
10 fritos
D..1/2 cup chopped pork1/2 cup slaw,1/2 cottage cheese
SF pudding with peanut butter
No exercise, and very little liquid. I have got to get back to smaller and more balanced meals. This is my pattern whenever I start to stray from my eating plan. No fill until the first week of Nov and my willpower is going quickly..............................

I am a grazer too and really have to work on it.  Just try to stick to the basic rules and you will be fine.
I have a handy list that I refer to of things to do instead of eating!
Have also started setting a timer for myself.  When I am wanting to eat, I set a kitchen timer for 15 min.  If I am still hungry after that, I can eat.  Most times when the buzzer goes off, I realize that I really am not physically hungry - it was more head hunger.

Hang in there and take one day at a time!

I get this way too and adding 2-3 protein drinks during the day helps keep the hunger at bay
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
