Wanted to get this started as my first day back to work has kicked my booty!!!!

Back to work and it felt GREAT!  So glad to be getting back into the swing of things.  A busy day, got a little accomplished - but a lot to go-, and it went by fast.  A very tiring day though.  I felt weak and most people told me that I looked like I didn't feel well.   So I went around wondering how bad I really looked!

Went to a funeral visitation for a guy at work.  His sister died in her sleep.  She had sleep apnea and the mask must have come off during the night and she stopped breathing.  She was 28 and was also a WLS patient.  Her new life was just beginning.

Today's Intake:

B:  Protein Bar
S:  Tuna, 1/4 c. SF applesauce
L:  Soy BBQ rib, 2 french fries, SF Rice Pudding
S:   Cheddar Popcorn cake
D1:   2 slices cheese on 1 slice toast, 1/4 banana
D2:   Veggie Burger from BK - only 1/2 bun and no mayo
S:   ?   Don't think I need anything else.  A SF popsicle or more liquids if anything

EXERCISE:  None.  Work was enough today!  When my energy level gets built back up, want to get started back in a rountine.  I miss it terribly.

Good Night everyone!

Hi Vicki,

YUMMMM.....I love Twizzlers.....and onion rings......and especially GRAVY!!

In my next life I've just got to come back with a better metabolism!!

I have an old Weigh****cher's Halloween trick that I use every year......only buy the stuff you don't like!

I hate anything with coconut so It's Almond Joys and Mounds for us!  I also dislike those orange and black wrapped peanut butter candies.  I'm not sure what they are called but there's just something about them I don't like even though I love peanut butter.

I also buy those little non-candy treats (play-doo, glow sticks, etc) but then I have a little girl so I'm sure it's easier than if I had big kids like you!

All bets are off though after Gracie actually goes Trick or Treating!  She's our candy connection!  I do try to limit the number of days it's in the house though....usually by the Friday after and then it's gotta go!

Becka, I don't do Halloween but my eyes see all those extra candy isles and displays. I have really been craving candy.  It all looks good.
My problem is I will eat anything not wrapped in Halloween paper.  Unfortunately that leaves waaaaaaaay to much to choose from.  I have to boycott stores the day after because the prices for those bags of individually wrapped candy are too tempting and in the past I have not resisted.

Today was a better day for me!  I did nibble on low fat vanilla wafers which wasn't part of the plan but that really wasn't too bad IMO!  Heck, I even took my vitamins tonight which hasn't been happening lately!

Sounds like we are all getting back on track!  We just have to remind ourselves that we need to focus one day at a time!

FOOD

B:  StarBECK's skinny cinin dulce latte (8oz coffee, 8oz milk, S/F syrup and 3 splenda)

S:  about 6 L/F vanilla wafers

L:  3/4 cup Fiesta Chicken mix (chic, corn, black beans and seasoning) with sour cream and taco sauce

S:  the other 1/2 cup of fiesta chicken mix

D:  Maybe 4 bites of pot roast with 3 baby carrots and 1/2 a red potato,  3 bites of a cornbread pancake and 2 bites of cole slaw.  That was DARN good and I wanted more but my trusty band did it's job!!  Yee Haw!!

FLUIDS

17 oz water
17oz lemon water
24oz crystal light
 8oz milk

EXERCISE

40 minutes strength training and toning.  20 minutes on the exercise bike.  20 minutes on the treadmill.
