Ok...still not on a good track but am trying to be....just not very hard I must admit! i am in a funk and trying to pull myself out of it.
B: Large cappucino and 10 glazed donut holes
L: Grilled chicken panini and McDs sweet tea
D: 2 chicken legs, 1/2 c baked beans, 1/2 c mashed pot w/ gravy and 2 bites of a biscut

Today has been a good day. Didn't have to do any cardio tests. Thinks my problem is endocrine - low blood sugar.
Went to KDMC and went to pre-op surgery educational class w/ Holli. It was good. I am excited for her, plus it was good for me too.
Went by Steve and Barry's to check out their going out of business sale. Got a pair of jeans, a pink t-shirt (to wear for the Making Strides walk on the 26th!, and a long-sleeve t-shirt that says "I'm Too Pretty to Work" - got that one to wear as an inside joke for a friend! :)
Ready for work tomorrow! Actually very excited about it and can't wait! I have a game plan for catching up in my mind. Even going to try to work some extra overtime on weekends I think......unless I wear down too bad! Not trying to totally drain myself but definitely want to get back in the swing of things.
Today's Intake:
B: 1 egg, 1/2 slice toast
S: SF vanilla latte w/ non-fat milk from McDonalds
L: Shrimp Caesar Salad, unsweet tea
S: 6 crackers w/ p-nut butter
S: Almonds (2 servings)
D: Soy Patty and pickle spear
S: SF Rice Pudding or Yogurt
Exercise: Does walking into the mall count? lol

Lee Ann I trust you will pull yourself out of the funk we all have those funky times admitting it is one of the steps to success. Leslie, glad you are doing better. I'm ok had a few funky moments myself today. Ate some red hots, orange slices other and coconut covered dates with high sugar (these do not register on the food chain) I'll just say about 800 caloriesjust for the junk. This will pass.

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
OK, that's it!! There MUST be something in the air!! I'm stumbling on my good intentions when it comes to food as well!! Can't seem to get my head together for more than a day at the most right now! I'll have one good day and then two bad ones! I'm up 3 pounds too! Not bad since I'm using right before vacation as my low mark but dang it! I wanna see 75 pounds off before my one year anniversary!

Richard had a fill today (I think he's up to 8cc in a 10cc band but not sure) hopefully getting one of us back on the straight and narrow will help BOTH of us since we tend to lead the other astray! We constantly blame each other for eathing junk or simply nibling when we shouldn't!

S: a few raw carrots while waiting on Richie to be hungry enough to eat (we like to eat at the same time)....I PB'd and was stuck for 3 hours!!!
S: S/F CIB made with 1% milk to soothe and get the darn carrot moving!
D: OK...this was dumb but I finally just ate dinner which was about 1 cup fiesta chicken (chicken, black beans, corn with SC and salsa).....I know, liquids only after a stuck but I was HUNGRY!! So far everything feels fine!
