bad day yesterday

it started out ok i drank my gnc protein shake (made with water) i was starving at kmart while shopping with mil and fil so i grabed two choc chip cookies from the snack bar about 2 pm after that went to wendys   2:30 ordered a number 2 ate one bun burger and the baked potato with sour cream and butter  after that we finsihed up shopping about 5:30 i ate 15 oz of pineapple chunks(fresh ones) came home and thought i had ate enough to tide me over and i ended up eatting some farm rich pizza slices 4 of them and 2 big handfuls of cheezits i feel so stupid and mad at myself i usually do so much better im trying to lose weight but like this im not going to

Gwen sometimes we do the girls gone wild with food but now that it's out of your system and you look back you know you don't want to do that again.  Soooooo.  Move on.  Get your focus back and remember your goal.  Take care,

Gwen I just had one of those days the other day.. But compared to your day mine was ALOT worse..LOL
I got down on myself and depressed and just figured enough is enough.. Everyday isn't going to be a good one. I have an addiction to food otherwise I wouldn't be were I am today.. and without a fill yet, it's a struggle.. So there are good days, great days, and bad days!!!
Brush yourself off and start a new one!

 Gwen we all have those days.. read my accountability for yesterday... I carry protein bars and bags of peanuts for on the go smacking.. you have to prepare for days like this... You can do this.. just plan ahead.. I carry a lunchbox full of water and protein bars with me because I am always gone.. saves me money too!! which really helps
