Today has not been a good day for me. I woke up 2 x's last night - dizzy while lying in bed. Might have been ok, had that been preceded by a few strawberry margaritas and night of wild sex - LOL.
Got my lab results - low hemoglobin (blood sugar), and low iron. Have to go back monday and get a B-12 done as they got no reading on it. Started iron supplements this evening. Got my cardiologist appt. moved to Tues. instead of Thursday. My low blood pressure seems to be my main concern at this point. 70/60 , 78/60, and 80/60 today. I feel like I am walking around in a trance. Also getting moody as I have cabin fever! I hate being stuck at home and am really afraid to do much driving - but I did go out and pick up iron supplements.
Trying to eat every 2 hrs to include more carbs and some sugar so my blood sugar doesn't drop too low - it has been between 30-45 on a good day!!!
I also got mad at a good friend, yelled, and hung up on him today! I feel so horrible. He is my partner at work and had called to ask me something work related. I got all mad because I thought he cared more about what was going on at work instead of calling to see how I was doing. Very self-centered and very unlike me! I was moody, emotional, and worried about my health. I tried calling him back but couldn't get an answer in his office. I am going to have to call him at home tomorrow to apologize. I cried for almost an hour afterwards.
I feel like such a pig. Trying to stick to the every 2 hr. "feedings" with more carbs and sugar until Tuesday!
I have eaten ALL DAY LONG! Now I am worried that I have sabotaged or stretched my pouch. Very embarassed to post my daily intake today but here goes!!!
Today's Intake:
B: 1 slice toast, 1 egg, slice of tomatoe
L: Red Kidney beans, stir-fried bell peppers and onions, salsa w/chips
S: 1/4 **** cream
S: Handful of Dorito's, 1 small brownie
D1: Soyburger w/ pickles and cheese
Took Nap! Carbs and sugar kicking my butt!
D2: 2 slices cheese pizza w/ banana pepper rings, and chopped fresh bell pepper, 1/2 c. garden salad w/ ranch dressing
S: 1 slice pizza, 2 squares of dark chocolate
EXERCISE: None. :( At this point taking a shower feels like a workout!

Leslie, I'm sure one day won't mess up your pouch. You have to get healthy to get weight loss working in your favor. Take care and do what you need to do until you see the Dr on Tuesday. We care about you and your workmate will understand once you do the face to face.

Leslie u need to worry about feeling better.. I think as long as you are eating more times a day and not more at each sitting then your pouch is ok... Dr.shina wants his patients eating 6 times a day... every two hours basically.. just less than normal servings... please take care of yourself.... I know that it sucks to feel bad... Can your son drive???
