ACCOUNTABILITY: What's SHAKING and BAKING for Wednesday October 2nd??
I figured out today that a PTA mom that I have had words with in the past (her daughter was on Gracie's swim team) has figured out a sneaky way to stick it to me!! She made me the HEAD homeroom parent for Gracie's classroom!! That means I get to coordinate and delegate the parties and activities and makes sure they get done!! All year! I'm calling this position "The Queen of the Damned!!"

I've been busy today and just now got around to eating lunch at 3:30. I'm thinking of having Richard bring something home for him & Gracie and I'll pick through the leftovers.
Here's how my day is shaping:
FOOD
S: 24 oz S/F flavored coffee at Thornton's with about 8oz of milk added in (8 protein and I have no idea about the rest)
B: South Beach Cereal Bar (140 cal, 5 fat, 15 carb, 10 protein)
L: 10oz Harvest Selections Chili w/ Beans (300 cal, 9 fat, 33 carb, 21 protein)
D: OK, my food selections have gone to he!! in a handbasket....i've been nibbling chips and salsa for over an hour and they've been sliding right on by the band....Not even going to bother with REAL food at this point!
S: S/F CIB w/ 1% milk (because even if I did overeat, I need to get my protein in)
FLUIDS
8oz milk (the red cap kind!!)

EXERCISE
It's an off day unless I can count dishes and shopping!
I love the fall weather too. And I am sure you will do an awesome job planning the parties and activities............I would almost bet that lady will be jealous when she sees how good of a job you do!!!! :) Now there's an extra incentive!
Went for lab work this morning. Still lightheaded and dizzy - especially with the fasting labs. Did lots of cleaning and organizing today (old photo's, movies, etc.). I feel tired and weak. Got to call the Dr. office in the morning to see what my lab results are. Also have a follow-up appt. on Monday, and an appt. Thursday morning with a cardiologist due to the low BP for some testing.
Today's Intake:
B: Protein Bar (after labs were drawn)
L: Soy and Pepper taco on a High-Protein Low Carb tortilla
S: cheese and tomatoe on toast
D: soy bruschetta burger on toasted italian bread w/ mustard, tomatoe, and onion, few bites of cucumber salad (cucumber slices w/ a basalmic vingarette dressing and parmesan cheese)
S: Handful of Dorito's and tea
S: 1 square organic dark chocolate and a banana popsicle (an unexpected add on!)
Exercise: Forced myself to walk. I have missed the outdoors so much. Was starting to get depressed staying in. Went to the track this evening and did 2.2 miles. Now I am EXHAUSTED! May have overdone it just a bit.

Fluids: 50 ozs...still working on this!
its great for added protein... you can find sugar free but its hard to find.. I just use the regular one... I use it to make Katelyn choc milk.... she gets more protein and vitamins that way..

If you buy it make sure it's a BLUE BOX version which is NO SUGAR ADDED. It's kinda hard to find in my area as it typically flies off the shelves as soon as they stock it!! Very yummy! I always buy the chocolate version (they do make strawberry and vanilla too) and add it to 8oz of 1% milk. Brings the total protein grams up to 13.
I like to have it for dessert when I know I need a little more protein for the day.

I have gotten out and walked the past three days and I feel so much better after I do... I need to remeber that on lazy days...

b- 2/3 of a sausage patti and grape jelly from mcd's
a few lil nibbles of biscuit 630am
l- lil less than a cup of chili with 4 crackers
s- nothing ate too fast not sure?? was VERY UNCOMFY!!!
having a hard time getting the hang of eating with distractions now...
d- 3 chicken nuggets w/ bbq sauce and a baked potatoe.. I ate too fast and probably too much of the pot.... so was MISERABLE AGAIN.. have I said im having a hard time getting the hang of this fill?? ughhhhh!!!
s- some wendy's frosty bites from katelyn's frosty...
liquids-

L- inside of 2 tacos from the bell lol

D- 2 slices of pizza..bread and all
S- will probably have a protein shake or bar
I hate eating on the go.. I still have one more bottle of water to get in with my last set of vits.. I'm praying tomorrow will be better. In the past I've done much worse though HA!
Exercise: 30 min. walk, also cleaned my house and my car!

I had a good but busy day today. I will exercise later tonight and then load my time. Liquids: 1 cup organic tea, 1/2 of a small v-8, 2 cups decaf coffee, 40oz water, 20oz flavored water.
I plan to drink my protein before exercising tonight so I included it.
