Accountability for Wednesday October 1st (How did you Shake-n-Bake???
Howdy all!!
Ok, confession time, my band-aid is still very tight from vacation and things are either moving very slow or i'm voluntarily PBing it out to get ride of it. I'm not screaming uncle just yet though! It does seem odd that things are still way too tight now that I am back on my regular feeding schedule and that does make me take notice! Even Richard has been fussing at me about
too much! I'm going to start documenting EVERYTHING including the amounts meticulously for a few days to see if I can find the trend! I'm also going to back off to more mushies than not to give the ole' band-aid a break!
If things are still proving difficult next week I'll go see Larson since Richard has an appointment next Tuesday anyway and I can squeeze in with him!
FOOD
B: my usual coffee/milk combo (8oz coffe, 8oz milk, S/F syrup and 3 splenda)
L: 10oz Harvest Selections beef stew - (250 cal, 9 fat, 27 carb, 18 protein) the beef part was a little slow to go down but it did without the need to PB
S: 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (255 cal, 10 fat, 15.5 carb, 24 protein)
S: 4 tortilla chips with salsa (I snagged a couple from Richard)
D: 1/2 grilled chicken breast with a grilled pineapple spear and a wedge of grilled onion. I also had a small baked tater with marg and sour cream. I ran the chic through the processor for a couple of seconds making sure it wasn't ground to powder and that worked! The grilled onion was the only thing that wanted to sit in my chest and talk back!
S: Chocolate oreo cakesters (250 calories)......feeding the PMS

Yah! Thanks for starting an early accountability! I will have to update later when I finish all of my eating! Like I need more now. lol
Got up this morning, going to the dr. then on to work. Well, that was the plan anyway. Went to the Dr. and am off of wor****il Friday. Have to go back in the morning for some fasting labs. My blood sugar is running low too - 30. May also need to see a cardiologist just as a precaution since my BP keeps dipping low. It ranged from 80/60 to 98/60 today.
Just trying to eat enough and get my fluids in. Also eating a lot of salty stuff to help boost the BP. Problem with that is I feel like it dries me out.
Today's Intake:
B: 1 slice toast w/ p-nut butter and sliced banana
L: Bean and Pepper taco w/ salsa and lettuce, 6 chips, 1/2 pop-tart
D1: 1/2 Chile Relleno, 2 bites of a bean burrito, 1 bite of cheese quesadilla, and 2 bites of cheese enchilada in mole sauce, handful of chips and salsa
D2: 1/2 Chile Relleno, 1 slice cheese, 6 saltine crackers, and 1 tsp. p-nut butter
S: ???? Don't think I am going to have a snack. Too full.
Exercise: Don't think that is going to happen today :( I miss it terribly but I simply don't have the energy.

Becka, it could be that you are back to your regular feeding schedule and it is too much. It had been happening to me and I wondered what was wrong. For me what was wrong was that I could not eat as much and it food would start getting stuck. Don't know if that's your case, just my one cent.
Did my shaking 30 min this morning with Gilad (sp?) on fitv. I will record it later.

OMG...I actually get to put it on here the same day I ate it! I just finished over three hours of work I brought home with me and my back is killing me. Gonna post some...do my nightly exercises and hit the sack!
