Accountability for Monday September 29th (SHAKE ~N~BAKE)
I'm a Monday Warrior!!
Back on the wagon with both my diet and exercise!!
I'm not really sure what I'm up in regards to weight as a result of vacation but I think it's less than 1.5 pounds so that's an accomplishment in my book!!
I will tell you guys though that vacation and my band did NOT get along! Talk about being finicky!! I never knew when it was going to agree and when it wasn't. I even had one morning where I was so tight that a swig of crystal light came right back up! I had a fill appointment scheduled for tomorrow that I've called and CANCELLED!! I am simply not interested in a fill no matter how small it is at this point (and yes, Dawn you can quote me)!
OK, So here's the start of my day and I'll be back later to fill in the gaps:
FOOD (this is the BAKE part)
S: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (8 oz milk, 8oz coffee, S/F syrup, 3 splenda)
B: 1 pack Kashi golean hearty oatmeal w/ a spoon of no sugar pumpkin butter (for flavor) 150 cal, 2gr fat, 26gr carb, 8gr protein
L: 1/2 pouch lemon pepper tuna (was too dry and didn't want to go down so I stopped )
S: 1/2 a leftover Mickey Mouse rice crispy treat (does honesty get me anywhere?)
D: 1/2 BBQ chicken breast, 1/3 cup green beans and a small baked tater (the chicken was hard going down so I quit it and moved onto the tater which went down FINE maybe the vacation tightness is still kicking my butt?)
S: S/F chocolate CIB
FLUIDS
8oz milk
17oz water
17oz crystal light
8oz milk
EXERCISE (this is the SHAKE part)
40 minutes strength training on the weight machines and then 40 minutes cardio (20 minutes on the exercise bike and 20 minutes on the treadmill).
L- 3oz of turkey and some string cheese, a few chips and fresh salsa
D -1 bag if smartpop popcorn
nite nite snack handful of candycorn needs some sugar
Fluids
1 bottle of water 20 oz
3 bottle of propel 20 oz
1 16oz glass of sf grape koolaid
Exercise:
Limited to upper body with weights only
Glad to have you back warrior. No shakin yet but here's my intake so far. 3 (20oz) 1flavored, 2 unflavored waters.

I am getting used to my new work schedule. I will be having Sunday and Monday's off this quarter so I was off today.
Went for a 2 mile walk this morning and another one this evening. Made it to the funeral service and even went to the cemetary for my co-workers child's funeral. One of the saddest I have ever been to. Have done laundry, dishes, etc.......the usual housework for me.
Did well with my food, but have been starving tonight! Days like this scare me - when I feel like I can eat a ton-. I try to look at everything I have eaten to see if I am missing something crucial to my diet. Could also be starting to PMS. Cravings are worse then. Lately I have been craving cheese, p-nut butter, and chocolate!
Going to the attorney's office Weds. to sign our final divorce decree. Then we wait for the judge to sign. It shouldn't take long. I am trying to budget myself now, because when my husband gets his transfer, I will be having to pay for everything solo. That is a little intimidating to me right now. I think I can do it, but for now, I am trying to save as much as I can.
Today's Intake:
B: 1 egg, 1 slice cheese, and 1 slice toast
L: Garden Salad w/ cheese and catalina dressing
S: Chips and salsa
D: 1 soy and cheese taco on a LC HP tortilla, few grapes and 1/2 plum
S: Another taco, few more grapes and 1/2 plum, spoonful of p-nut butter and a mini dark chocolate square.
EXERCISE: Walked a total of 4 miles today. Took about 90 min.....I am guessing at that!
B: Carnation instant breakfast with pills w/biscuit
L: twisted protein bar
D: Smoked turkey 3 ozs, augrautin potatos 1/4 c, french style green beans 1/4 c
S: Buiscut
Cal: 890
Protein: 63 grams
Fluids: 50 ozs if i was lucky!
