bad stomach pains since Sat. night

I have been having some bad stomach pains, kinda constant, like you have if you have throwed up all day, lol. does anyone know what this could be? I am 7 months out, and haven't had any stomach problems, thus far.  I had lap rny.
   there has been a virus going around, with vomiting and diarrhea, I have been around all those that have been sick, since Wednesday, I haven't had any of that so far.
   I am wondering if it could be some affects from the virus, or something more serious. it hurts like between by breast, and belly button, like it is settled sore.
  Any suggestions?

I hope it is just a touch of the stomach bug.  I haven't had any viruses since surgery either so I am expecting it will feel different now.
Just to be on the safe side, I'd probably call the Dr. 's office.  Better to be safe than sorry.
