Accountability: Intake & Output, Sun., Sept. 285h
Band was not happy today so I lost my mind temporarily. However I got it back in the nick of time. Went to eat after Sunday meeting, band said no solid, so I ate cake, pie, mashed potatoes and mushed green beans. Took out my bridge left it on the table. Returned to the restaurant, prayed and asked the owner if I could go through the garbage since the table was cleaned off. After going through the garbage twice, no bridge. Went to the table asked the people if I could crawl under ( since WLS I was able to) God is Good. I found my bridge. Never will I take it out again. I don't know why I did today it is not a habit of mine. With that said I went to a wedding. drank punch and ate a piece of not good wedding cake.
Liquids were limited to 2 (20oz) flavored waters. I have to do the protein drink because I have not had enough today,
Also, doctor called to tell me I need more calcium, bone density test showed a significant change. So tomorrow I will revamp my diet. Take care all, glad you had a good time together.

I missed posting yesterday! I worked, came home, got ready and went straight to a concert with Deanna and Sean. We had a blast! Saw Pool of Frogs.
I didn't write my food down yesterday but I feel like I did well. The lounge we went to last night even had vegetarian options :) I had a hummus sandwich with olive salad. Delicious.
Today, we slept in, had lunch out, went to the flea market to get produce, then hiked at Jenny Wiley State Park. So plenty of exercise for me! I am guessing about 90 minutes worth.
Went to a funeral visitation tonight. A co-workers child passed away. She was 4. and looked like a little angel. Think I am going to the funeral tomorrow. My heart really goes out to that family.
Today's Intake:
B: Protein cereal w/ chocolate soy slender milk
L: Catfish, 1 red potatoe, bite of corn, few bites of garden salad, 2 bites of an ice cream dessert
S: Combos (pretzel/cheese)
D: Cheese and salsa on Low-Carb High-Protein Tortilla, tomatoe juice
S: Slice of cheese, 1 dark chocolate square
EXERCISE: Hiking for 90 minutes!

Leslie and Z...sounds like you had busy days! Sure wish you guys could have joined us! it was beautiful weather and fun times! I ate pretty crappy but here goes....

L: fried chicken leg, three bites chicken breast (did not go down well!) 4 bites aplles and grapes, croutons of Dales salad (I was starving before I dinner finally got there) 1 fried biscut -could have ate them all!
D: No way....not ready to eat
S: 2 string cheese and 6 triscuts

Fluids: too many...lol...very sloshy
