Accountability:Intake & Output - Sat., Sept. 27th
Hope everyone is doing well today. I am trying to stick with high protein, low carb but it really increases the fat count. Sometimes I feel like I'm running fast and getting nowhere. I know it's not true, just having one of those wish the scale would move days.
Liquids- 3 cups coffee, 1 btl water, 1 cup of organic tea and 1/2 wheybolic extreme 60 protein drink.
Having problems with cut & paste so heres the list.
1 broiled pork chop, 3 pcs turkey bacon, 1 piece of cheese, 1 piece of brunschweiger, 1 package crabtastic crabmeat, 1 chocolate twisted bar.

morning - coffee with sf vanilla creamer, 2 slices whole wheat toast with alot of butter
lunch - grilled cheese with 4 slices of american cheese, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
snack - hamburger with 1/2 bun at football field
dinner - top off one slice of pepperoni pizza and part of a blt salad
