Total 645 OK, I'm a little shy. About 305 minutes shy. But ONWARD we go. Just trying to get in the habit of exercising and recording it is progress for me. I thought I'd add sex to the equation, but I'd still be a little short of my goal. lol Thanks, Dawn, for all the encouragement. Ready to start October exercise!!! Happy Week-end to all!

Sex talk from a teacher....even I am blushing! Lol...seriously Jeanie...you count those encounters in there girl! I on the other hand am staying busy with other activities...cleaning the house, yard, winterizing everything and taking down the pool (thanks to my girls for helping me this year) . That and Hubers will hopefully put me over my goal!


I just worked out for today and am at 970 minutes for the month. I'll exceed my goal of 1000 minutes for the month. I'm also doing an 8-week walking challenge on another board and today reached 49 miles (out of my goal of 100 miles by October 27).
I love challlenges. They really keep me motivated. So, thanks, all of you fellow exercisers!

OK, I did my math for all the walking I did while on vacation which was 58.17 miles. It would have been more but I forgot to wear the pedometer one day! I figured since the treadmill is normall set on 3.7mph for my typical cardio exercise, I could allow 5 miles per hour for non-cardio....that way I wouldn't rack up too much time.
Anway, that ended up being 698 minutes total puts me up to 1003 minutes!!
I'll get my one workout in for Monday too so it'll still go up just a bit!
