Hope everyone had a good day and hope all have a good weekend.
Just finished cleaning my carpet in my car.  Ran errands all day and this old girl is tired.  I did not get to drink as many liquids as normal so I will be guzzling liquids tonight.

B:   1 Boiled Egg, 1/2 slice toast
S:   1 Boiled Egg, 1/2 slice toast, 3 bites banana
L:    1/2 Soy Rib, 1 serving cheese pizza (19g P in that pizza serving!!!)
S:    Soy Bruschetta patty
D:   Another serving pizza
S:    2 P-nut butter and crackers, 1 slice cheese

EXERCISE:    60 minutes of walking this morning.

Wow!  I just realized...................it is my 7 month post-op anniversary!!!!!   Need to take some pictures.
I am down to 157 pounds and just did my measurements:

Chest -  41
Waist -  30.5
Hips -    38
Thigh -  21
Calves - 15.75
Bicep - 12

Going to bed now.  I have to go in to work early in the morning!

B: carnation instant breakfast w/ pills and sliced apple
S: Twisted protein bar...craving choc-tom
L: broccoli and cheese soup from Quiznos..yes part of a brad bowl too...never again though!
D: Chinese...make you own stir fry-rice noodles, beef, pork, chicken, carrots, onions, mushrooms...yummy!
