Accountability: Intake & Output, Thurs., Sept 25th
Having a stressfull day but I'm alive, losing weight and things could be worse.
I have not exercised today but it is on my schedule. Spilled half my protein drink in the car this morning hurrrying to return to doctor for 2nd mammogram. Afterwards they said everything is ok, they just probably hadn't squeezed my boob tight enough. I didn't LOL.
Liquids: 1 btl water, 2 btls flavored water and of course 1/2 protein drink.
I need more protein today but I don't need the carbs so I'm not sure what I will eat later. If I add food I will edit. Take care, Z

Glad yesterday was productive at work because today certainly was not. However, it was an ok day. Ended the day by going to a retirement celebration for a co-worker at 1:30 - spent about an hour and a half there. I was on my way home by 3!!! :) Very good for me.
Putting away laundry tonight and I still need to do dishes and clean the kitchen.
Today's Intake:
B: 1 egg and 1 slice toast
S: 6 crackers
L: Five Cheese Lasagna Frozen meal
S: 1/2 slice cake, 1 c. chips, 2 crackers (at the retirement thing)
D: 1 Creole seasoned Tilapia filet, 1/4 c. saffron rice, 1/4 c. green beans, 2 bites of tomatoe

S: Going to have a square of dark chocolate, and maybe a SF Blue Bunny Ice Cream bar
EXERCISE: 60 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of arm and chest toning exercises
