Having a stressfull day but I'm alive, losing weight and things could be worse.
I have not exercised today but it is on my schedule.  Spilled half my protein drink in the car this morning hurrrying to return to doctor for 2nd mammogram.  Afterwards they said everything is ok, they just probably hadn't squeezed my boob tight enough.  I didn't LOL.
Liquids:  1 btl water, 2 btls flavored water and of course 1/2 protein drink.

Hey Z.  Hope you have a relaxing evening!

Glad yesterday was productive at work because today certainly was not.  However, it was an ok day.  Ended the day by going to a retirement celebration for a co-worker at 1:30 - spent about an hour and a half there.  I was on my way home by 3!!!  :)   Very good for me.

Putting away laundry tonight and I still need to do dishes and clean the kitchen.

Today's Intake:
B:  1 egg and 1 slice toast
S:   6 crackers
L:   Five Cheese Lasagna Frozen meal
S:  1/2 slice cake, 1 c. chips, 2 crackers (at the retirement thing)
D:  1 Creole seasoned Tilapia filet, 1/4 c. saffron rice, 1/4 c. green beans, 2 bites of tomatoe
S:   1 Creole seasoned Tilapia filet, 1/4 c. saffron rice, 1/4 c. green beans, 2 bites of tomatoe  ( I was very hungry after my walk and work-out!)
S:  Going to have a square of dark chocolate, and maybe a SF Blue Bunny Ice Cream bar


EXERCISE:   60 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of arm and chest toning exercises

 Ok, its late so no chit chat...

b- prochino and two slices of bacon crisp 630am
s-930am-  peanuts, cashews.. shouldnt have ate them, didnt want my lunch at all
l- none
s- 2 pieces bacon( actually half pieces)
    1 slice cheese and 5 ritz crackers (2pm)
d- half of a whopper jr patti, no bun,
     4 french fries
s- 2 mcdonalds choc chip cookies  i know bad choice.. badddd choice

liquids -
16 oz milk
24 ounces water
20 ounces water
20 ounces water

exercise- none today... busy day....

OK - Ended up not having the SF ice cream for my snack tonight. 
I had almonds and a p-nut butter bar instead!
What is up with me craving all the crunchy and salty stuff?????????
