How long until you get results?
I am not sure if I am doing everything right. I feel like I am not eating at all but I am taking in as much a day as I can. I am drinking water, smoothies, sf pops, tomato soup, chicken broth, protein drinks some I can not seem to get these down really I am full after just a few sips plus I do not like them too much so that does not help. I feel like I am starving myself and just not sure if that is the way I am supossed to feel. This could all be because I am tired of this liquid stuff but I am not sure. Any thoughts would be helpful. I need to start walking too. How long after surgery did you all start noticing results? I have not got on the scale yet I am waiting til my 2 week apt at Dr. Tanners office for that.

The liquid phase it really the hardest. Hang in there.. My schedule was Protein shakes at meal time.. then soups inbetween.. U can do cream soups too.. Like broccoli and cheese, or cream of potatoe, JUST STRAIN THEM so you just get the liquids.
I started walking pretty much asap . Just take it slow and do what feels comfortable to you.
Good Luck, it's almost over for you then you get MUSHIES!!!!!

ps I think i added calories for a couple days and some days on liquids i was only at about 7-800 but I was making sure to get those protein shakes in

You seem to be doing great to me. I think I lost 10 lbs my first 2 weeks. I felt like I was starving my self too , but trust me things will start going down smoother as you lose weight. Dr Tanner said to start walking when ever I felt like it, however, not to do much else exercise wise until 6 weeks. Do your clothes feel a little bigger? That will feel great.
