cleaned house today and dealt with the insurance co...
snack- 8 am- prochino
breakfast- 4pieces bacon crisp
lunch- 2pm 3 peanut butter crackers
dinner- 1/2 mc chicken breast from mcd's.. no bun!!

exercise- cleaning house

About damn time girl! We thought maybe you were in Oz or something! Glad you are getting back on...seriously have missed ya. texting just doesn't show your sun shiny face to us! I know...tooo much caffeine this am! Dale and B both still sick

. I have been nauseated for three days, but I just marked it up to TOM. Yes...only time I get it is when I am stressed and last week gave me this wonderful visitor this week. Boooooo!!!!!! I will go ahead and post since I never want dinner anymore. If I do..I will add it later on. N/m I won't eat now that I saw the calories in that sandwich I just devoured like a starving man!

Welcome back Dawn!
Today has been a rather productive day at work. I actually got some things taken care of and have organized the paperwork on my desk for the most part.
My husband and I both signed our divorce papers today. It is just a waiting game. Oct. 1 makes our 60 day separation date and any day after that the judge can sign off on it. We are waiting to see how soon he can get a transfer with his job.................we both work at the same place and that makes it VERY awkward to say the least....or at least it will be awkward. We have done well by keeping it discreet and professional.
Just finished dinner and going to go for my evening walk!
Today's Intake:
B: 1/2 P-nut Butter Bar
S: Tuna
L: Soy and Mushroom Patty, 1/2 P-nut butter Bar, 4 SF wafers
S: Bruschetta Soy Patty
S: Protein Bar
D: 1/2 c. homemade soup w/soy crumbles, 1c. garden salad w/ swiss cheese, 1 slice toast
S: 1/2 c. soup, 3 bites of veggie cheese casserole, 3 saltine crackers
I can tell that I am stress eating............feel like I am craving carbs and things like chips! Doritos are my weakness! Thank god there are none in the house. :)
EXERCISE: 60 min. at the track

B- 1 banana so I could take my medication for my knee and leg
L-1 sting cheese rolled up in ham 2 oz
D- 1 smoked sausage (looked like a hot dog) sauerkraut, and skinny mashed potates. I ate a lot of sauerkraut I can eat a whole can by myself
Snack- bad bad bad 1 cup of sf/ff ice cream with carmel topping... I know bad choice but oh so good
4 bottles of 20 oz each water- which after today I will not be buying bottle water, I bought a filtration system and just refill the used bottles I am trying to go green
1/2 Gallon of lemon-lime koolaid maid with splenda
1 diet coke
Exercise: I walked all through Sams Club and Shopping at Jayc grocery and I loaded and unloaded the car so I have done my bending for the day and walking
