Accountability: Tuesday Sept. 23
Hello Everyone!
Getting ready for bed and will hopefully sleep tonight. Just had to post before I laid down.
Today's Intake:
B: 1/2 Banana, colby cheese, 4 saltine crackers
S: 1/2 banana, handful of Doritos
L: 8 shrimp
S: 4 SF wafers
D: 1 baked cod filet, 3 bites corn, 1 bite cole slaw, 1/2 hushpuppy
S: cheese, protein cereal w/chocolate soy milk
EXERCISE: 65 minutes of walking at the lake w/ Holli.
A kind of a draining day. Still need to catch up on some rest. Feeling emotional. But still managed to do some shopping. I used some gift cards from my birthday at Peebles and got a new outfit for work (slacks and blazer).

Glad you got it going today. I have a busy day and when I came @ 2:30 I sat in the chair and did not awake until my meeting at 6:30. Still on my protein hoping to reach Onederland by end of month. Take care all.

Hi girls!!!!! Im back on solids.. I gave up the liquid phase. I was eating things I shouldnt have because they would slide thru, and getting really really dizzy.. so I put a stop to it.. today I start mushies!!! Im gonna try eggs scrambled and chili! wooohhooo!!!!!! so I will be posting on todays accountability post!!!

Went for a three mile walk last night with B...I needed to get out of the house and he needed fresh air as well. He has been throwing up randomly this week. Not sure whats going on. Anyway here was my intake.
