We will be meeting in front of the farmer's market so if you can...watch for us! We will be there! I am going to bring the name tags and pens with me. I will also have a bouquet of balloons or something with me so you know who we are and will give you something to watch for when you arrive! 
I am so excited to see everyone! I have a couple gals from the Indiana board coming as well! This will be a great day! I may even hunt a pumpkin myself for Braedyn this year.

Lee Ann did you get the contract and what it was all about.    are gratuity going to be inclued in each couples or families checks????   Just remember everyone these servers make very little per hour mostly to pay their taxes so they basically rely on tips so please be kind to the servers and things will run smooth.   

Little history  most of these servers are college students paying their way through school I know cause my daughter is a server and she is paying her own way through school and these are a few tips she gave me.

Gratiuty will not be included so I hope that due to the large number of guests we will be having, everyone remember the servers and compensates accordingly. They normally do not do a party this large in the dinig room...its normally buffett  or family style, but since we have different amounts and types of food we can tolerate, they are trying hard to accommodate us. Their coordinator has really been great with getting back to me asap on any questions or concerns I have had.  Thanks for the reminder on this part Vickie!

We are meeting right in front of the Farmer's Market at 1:00 and will got to the dinning area at 1:30. I will have some balloons so everyone will know which group we are! See ya then! Tell Sam we wish he was coming. Now we have to find someone else to coerce Dawn into doing stuff!

Sam is going to Bowling Green with his brother to visit his sister.  They are celebrating Luke's 19th birthday and participating in box city with Habitate for Humanity.

See....I told Amy you would be heartbroke! He is going to vivist his sister at collge that weekend. She and hubby will be there though!

 I am more important than a college sister.. hahhhaa.. just kidding.. have fun Sam, I will miss you. lol
