Accountability: Monday, Sept. 22nd

B- 3 scrambled eggs w/ 1 slice of cheese and 3 thin deli sliced pieces of turkey

S- tuna pouch

L- salad w/ bacon bits, ww cheese, slices of grilled chicken and fat free ranch yummy :)

S- string cheese (x2)

D- same as lunch

I started feeling all funky, shaky and weak so I had a rice crispy treat.. felt better for about 4 hours.. then started feeling it again and had 2 soft batch cookies (I know, I know!) and felt fine. Dunno what is causing that.. I was eating a lot of sweets and since I've gotten back on track I cut them out.. perhaps it has something to do with this?

Exercise- walked for 30 mins. at work
