Hope everyone is having a great day.  Monday used to be my travel day but I'm taking it slow today. 

Liquids - Wheybolic extreme60, 2 (20oz) btls flavored water, 1 qt powerade zero, 1(20oz) water, 2 cups organic tea.

I think it is Sept. 22.  I got home tonight from my long weekend.  Had a GREAT time!  Don't even want to think about everything I ate.  I did get my walking and exercise in - one way or another  :)

Not even posting my intake today because I simply can't remember!!!!!

Have been working with my  soon to be ex-husband on some bill and personal issues.  Things are coming together.  Final papers should go to the judge Oct. 1.  It will be nice to have all that behind me and I am sure he feels the same way.

Will be back on it tomorrow with my food intake!

Hang in there Leslie, you're under so much stress right now, just nurture yourself a little and worry about accountability tomorrow. You're in my thoughts and prayers too.

I seem to be almost grazing , I hate this feeling . I think it is more real hunger than head hunger though. I'll be 7 weeks out Wed, good losses so far, just in Bandster Hell right now I guess.

Triciann you aren't really eating a great deal.  I was told to get in at least 73gms of protein daily so you have room for more protein.  You know it fills you up and helps prevent hair loss.  Believe me I know grazing your intake doesn't seem to be that way.  Are you eating about 6 times a day, i.e. 3 meals and 3 snacks?  If they are all pretty good choices you will probably not go wrong. Take care,

Thanks for the advice Z. I will definitely up my protein. I knew I was getting a little unbalanced  with too many carbs. I also need to up my water.

Forgot to do this yesterday so I am playing catch up. I went to bed at 9 last night if that tells ya anything! I guess everything caught up with me. There is a stomch flu going around. I think its my turn. I had a small wendy's chili, carnation Instant breakfast and then off to bed. Hope this passes quickly!

     HI ladies!!!  Glad to see you are continuing the thread!!! I ate some soft foods yesterday but I didnt eat much... Im having a head hunger issue!! and not getting in my water... im being a really bad bandster this week.. I need a intervention. I actually think it may me Pms approaching...
   Leslie, Im sorry.. I had no idea that things had progressed that far... I knew there were some difficulties but.... Im sorry it;s come to that!!!
   Tricia, honey your doing fine calories wise... Try not to beat yourself up... and the more protein you eat the less hunger you are suppose to feel... Your doing good!! promise!!!!
