no hun im sorry I dont..
Can I help u?? I know bandster hell is AWFUL.... trust me... Just try as hard as possible to put healthy foods in and exercise.. Remeber you have no fill so there's nothing in there to help you fight hunger... So please just try not to beat yourself up.. ok?? DO the best you can and drink LOADS OF water.. The thing we found that helped was drinking a glass of water before you eat.. Helps you to feel full.. The more water you drink the fuller it makes you feel..
Hope that helps.

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
sorry no answers here but I highly suggest you just start a new post and spill your guts here. These girls are great, there are alot of band people here and we will all give you hugs! Hope things get better soon.
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you. Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information. Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

What stage of the diet are you on? Hang in there and know it's only for a short time. I am still on clear/full liquids and yesterday I had to serve at a fundraiser dinner. It was pure torture. I think my stomach ate my band!!!! I made it through and went home and had some pudding and a Carnation Instant breakfast. It wasn't quite roast beef and mashed potatoes, but it did help with the hunger a little.
