Accountability Diet and Exercise: Thursday Sept. 18
Today was an ok day. I am off for the next 4 days!!!! WOOO HOOO
Looking forward to the weekend. Getting away for a couple of days, seeing my BF from HS, and going to try to see my family too. So, I am looking very forward to it.
Tomorrow is my birthday. I will be 36 but I certainly don't feel it. Amazing but I actually don't feel my age for once! Better now than I have for years.
Today's Intake:
B: 1/2 serving oatmeal w/ 1 TBSP P-nut butter
S: 1 block milk chocolate
L: shrimp/veggie/pasta Lean Cuisine
S: 2 SF wafers, Protein Bar
D: 1 c. veggie soup w/ soy crumbles
S: Garden salad w/ colby cheese, 1/4 c. smoked almonds
EXERCISE: Walked at the lake w/ Holli for 60 min.

Dawn, I hate to admit it but I use fitday.com. I just figured out that I can cut and paste it rather than keep typing it in twice. You can count cleaning the yard, it's usually more work than house cleaning. Take care, Z
