Accountability Diet and Exercise: Wednesday Sept. 17
I have gotten so addicted to posting my accountability, I just had to do it before I went to bed!
Very busy day at work to say the least.
Did my time at the track, tanned, cleaned house, and dyed my hair - the roots anyway!
Weighed in this morning at 158!
Today's Intake:
B: 1 mozzarella cheesestick, 1 bite of danish, 6 crackers w/ cheese
L: Tuna, 1 bite of milk chocolate
L2: 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ cheese, pickles and mustard, 3/4 c. melon
D: 1 serving small shrimp, steamed veggies, and portabello mushroom patty
S: fruit w/ cottage cheese maybe
EXERCISE: 60 minutes at the track!

Mornin - LeanMuscle Meal, 4(20oz) btls flavored water, 2(20oz) btls. water
2 cups of organic tea.
Noon - 2 servings Italian Wedding Soup, wheatthin crackers, Lemon Zest Luna bar and strawberry soyjoy.
Nite - ???? probably have a twisted bar and go to bed. I have become addicted to those bars.
