something i can live with

Hi everyone,
went to my first meetings today, psych, dietian, and a nurse, everyting went good, have to have 6 month physcian supervised diet though, thinking thats a good thing, one question to all who have had the lap band is this something i can live with? i guess i'm just nervous, about the operation, and live style changes, is this going to be diffcult to do?

Hi Tammy and Best of Luck.

It is nice seeing someone close on here. I'm in Prestonsburg. I did the RNY but there are lots of banders on here that have lots of knowledge. A lot are out of power right now but will hopefully be back on here soon!

Nothing is easy..its all a challange. You just have to ask yourself if you are capable to commit to this for your lifetime. Its an eveyday struggle for me but I try everyday to make my goals I set for myself. You can too!
