Accountability:Diet & Exercise - Mon., Sept., 15th
I know a lot is going on with the effects of Ike and many of you have more things to do than be accountable for your eating habits. However if you don't have the time to log in, take the time to be conscious of what you are eating and why you are eating it. Be safe.
Today's Intake:
Morning: 2 cups of organic tea, 1 qt powerade zero, 2 (20 oz) btls of water, 2 (20oz) btls of flavored water.
Noon: Crab salad w/vegetable flavored wheatthin crackers, soyjoy bar, hot & sweet peanuts, cup of french fries
Night: I plan to have a twisted bar (everyone had talked about them but I never had one, it's hard to have just one. I'm lovin it - peanut butter flavored) I also plan to drink a slimscript soy protein shake.
Hopefully that will be all.

Doing better today. It has been a busy one.
Got up, went tanning, walked 1.2 miles (30 min), took the cat to the vet and got WAY BEHIND schedule there, had to move my appt. with an attorney to this afternoon - didn't make it to work because of those changes..............
When I left the attorney's office, I realized I wouldn't be able to get any work done so I didn't even go. Felt really bad about that too.
Did 2 loads of laundry, washed dishes, put away clothes, and had my hair trimmed.
The good news...........my best friend from High School, Deanna will be in the area in 2 more days and will be in until Oct. 2!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited!

B: Protein Cereal w/ Chocolate Soy Slender Milk
L1: 1 c. homemade veggie soup w/ soy crumbles and cheese on toast
L2: Garden Salad w/ cheese, chick peas, eggs, and thousand island dressing, one crispy breadstick w/ marinara sauce, some cheese and veggie toppings off of 2 slices of pizza
D: 7 Herb and Buttered Shrimp, 2 steamed brocolli florets, handful of chips with salsa, 1/3 c. juice
S: ???? Not Sure Yet.......maybe a Blue Bunny Ice Cream
EXERCISE:
60 minutes of walking! 30 this morning and 30 this evening.
