Happy Picture

A photo of me with my mother this past weekend.  We spent the weekend in Asheville, NC and toured the Gardens and Winery at Biltmore Estate.   It was a wonderful trip and the weather was absolutely gorgeous.   I got some very much needed rest and relaxation.  I also got in 3 hrs. of walking and hiking that day!

I am 6 1/2 months post-op now and my weight has stalled at 160............but I am happy with that.  Oh!  I am the red head in the green shorts!

girl looking good.... I would take 160lbs in a heart beat... I told my hubby even though I am short as hell I would even take 200lbs  

Yep, I'd take 160 in a heartbeat too!! 

In fact, if I hit my coveted size 10 before then it WILL be my stopping point!

You look awesome and should be SOOO proud of yourself!

I am so glad you had a great time and relaxed. You have worked to get where you are now, and have earned it!!   You DO look wonderful. I really want to go to Biltmore, maybe at Christmastime one year.

It is amazing how much I enjoy doing things now.....even with my family.  I used to be so self-conscious, it was a dread to go anywhere. 

Funny but I used to hide from the camera or throw away the "bad" pictures of myself..........now I have become a little ham  :)   I look at my pics and can't believe that is really me.

I am soooo glad I had this surgery.  I feel like it has given me the chance to enjoy our big beautiful world and the people in it.
