Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Sun., Sept., 14th

Hopefully the high winds and rain have not blown any of you away or caused any damage to you, your possessions or your loved ones. 

Today's Intake:

Morning - Slimscript soy protein shake, 3 cups of coffee, 3 (20 oz) btls of flavored water.

Noon - small piece of meatloaf, tablespoon of mashed potatoes, 2 tablespoons of green beans, 1/4 cup applesauce, small piece of red velvet cake.  Band acting fickle so I had to mash my green beans and meatloaf to get it down.  That is the only reason I had small portions.  Of course the cake went down fine.

Night - Plans are to have a cup of wedding soup and later some peanuts.  I am a little short on the protein today.

Trying to get a grip emotionally.  I am finding I don't eat as healthy when stressed.  Going to do more meditation.  The walking also helps.

B:  1/2 protein bar
S:   Tuna
L:  6 saltine crackers, 1/3 protein bar, 1/3 c. bean dip w/chips
D:  1/2 salmon patty, 1/2 c. green beans, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, 1 bite of ice cream
S:  Couple of chips w/salsa, a little creme filled cake (bad bad bad)

Exercise:   None :(
