Accountability: Food, Fluids and EXERCISE!! Monday the 8th
Ok, I've been a bad monkey
these past couple of weeks and have ignored the accountability posts! I'm trying but just can't keep things on track lately! But as they say in AA (Richard thinks we go there anyway doesn't he?) ONE DAY AT A TIME. So, I'll start the thread and be back later to finish out my day!
FOOD
S: StarBECK's skinny caramel latte (8oz milk, about 6oz coffee, S/F syrup and splenda)
B: Snickers protein bar
L: small wendy's chili w/ 6 saltines to dry it up
S: 100 calorie pack of cookie and 2 pieces of deli ham
D: Richie wants tuna casserole. I'm thinking of doubling up on the tuna and going easy on the noodles to kinda make it a little healthier.....what do y'all think?? Am I spitting in the wind here?

17oz water
17oz water
17oz iced tea w/ extra lemon (crystal light)

EXERCISE
I was at the YMCA at 7:30 this morning
!! Sounds crazy but it actually works! I load Gracie on the bus, go put my tennis shoes on and head out the door myself. I'm home by 9am and ready for the rest of my day!
I did 40 minutes strength training and then 45 minutes on the treadmill at about 3.7 MPH.

Glad to have you back Becka, Hi Vickie and everyone else that will post later. I am trying to get back into the daily exercise routine but have not got it going well yet. I am hoping to get motivated soon since I want to get to onederland but I am sabotaging myself but not sure why 
Today's Intake:

L - Tuna salad, cheese curls and dark chocolate zone bar
D - bag of popcorn, a few peanuts and a couple of fried chicken tenders.

L) Meal replacement bar and McD's Sweet tea
D) Homemade enchiladas
S) yes...another sweet tea!
Exercise...walking...walking...and walking some more!

Today is my late day and I dont' go to wor****il 12:30
I really love having some time alone at home in the morning. I have done some housecleaning and am having my breakfast. Going to the track afterwards for my walk. I even have a bowl of bread crumbs and soy nuts to take to the squirrels. I love watching them. There are about 5 black squirrels, and several grey ones..........absolu tely adorable.
When I get back, need to shower and tend to a few personal affairs.
Then off to work I will go!
My Meal Plan for the Day (Yeah, I actually have it planned!):
B: 1/2 slice cheese, Special K Protein Plus cereal w/ Chocolate Soy Slender Soymilk (has less than 1 g of sugar and 7g Protein per cup)
S: 1 c. Garden Salad w/ Balsamic dressing and Swiss Cheese
L: Tuna pkt. and a banana
S: South Beach Living Cranberry and Almond Protein Bar
D: Lean Cuisine Cheese Pizza and cucumber slices
S: 1 c. melon, 2 saltine crackers w/ P-nut butter
EXERCISE: 40 Minutes of cardio at the track! 10 minutes of thigh and buttock work (Leg lifts, squats, lunges, etc.) and 10 minutes of ab exercises (crunches, sit ups, twists).
Today is my late day and I dont' go to wor****il 12:30
