I had the best dinner out last night - and my in-laws were with me... they got to see my DS in action girls cause my meal was so wonderful I wasn't going to let it go to waste!

breakfast - coffee with sf vanilla creamer, banana scream 1 scoop with milk
lunch - olive garden chili 2 bowls and salad 2 bowls
snack - chocolate whey stack 1 scoop
dinner - salad with creamy parm and bowl of lentil sausage soup, split with husband
sirloin marsala and garlic mashed potatoes at about 8 oz. of steak and several bites of potatoes
mini dessert (shot glass full) of chocolate cocounut mousse with bite of brownie at the bottom
glass of italian sangria
snack - sf popsicle

I am so glad I chose a surgery that would allow me to continue to eat - I could never have been successful without it.
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
