ACCOUNTABILITY: Diet and Exercise for Thursday September 4, 2008
Hi Ladies.. hope you had a great day..
Food: s- hot choclate with what was left of protein powder
b- yogurt smoothie with grapes
24 ounces w/s/f/k.a/
L- a smoked cheddar sausage with a few doritos
I think I ate too fast.
D- toppings off two slices of pizza.
s- two choc chip cookies

8 ounces milk
8 ounce yogurt smoothie
24 ounces water
4 ounces water
6 ounces warm tea
25 ounces sweet tea ( see crack laced)

exercise-20 minutes walking at work
which leaves me at -45 minutes for the month due to being LAZY

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band

snack - mcdonalds sausage egg mcmuffin, took off top bun and at about 3/4 of the rest of it
lunch - J. Gumbo's Drunkin Chicken bowl, ate all of the chicken and a few bites of rice and bread
snack - 1 scoop choc protein drink

dinner - dreamfield's locarb pasta, prego sauce with lots of meat
snack - 3 sf popsicles
exercise - ugg - I really didn't haven't done any today - I guess I try more WiiFit tomorrow

I haven't got going on my exercise. I have been running behind since I got back. Hopefully in the morning I will get my butt in gear.
Today's Intake:
Breakfast - Small v-8, 1 qt powerade zero, 2 cups organic tea, (3) 20 oz btls of flavored water
Lunch - cinnamon applesause, soyjoy mango bar, pkg of soynuts, 1/2 cup crab salad and pure protein bar
Dinner - Chili w/10 saltine crackers. I need to add protein so I will drink a Slimscript soy protein shake before bed.

Good day of shopping for store....gosh those warehouses are huge!!!!! Glad we spent her monry and not mine....geeeezzzz! Food wise I made bad choices...but I am the only one who made them so here they are.........

Well, my morning started out good but fell apart the later in the day that it got!!
FOOD & FLUIDS
S: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (100 cal, 2.5 carb, 11 carb, 8pro)
S: 17 oz Crystal light
B: Kashi oatmeal (150 cal, 2 fat, 26 carb, 8 pro)
S: 17 oz water
S: 6 whole wheat Ritz (84 cal, 3 fat, 13 carb, 1 pro)
L: 1 slice colby jack cheese, 3 thin slices deli turkey and some brown mustard for dipping
S: South Beach Living Cereal bar (140 cal, 5 fat, 15 carb, 10 pro)
D: started with Jamaican Jerk Shrimp but it was cooked too tough and I couldn't eat it, then I opened a pack of imitation crab meat and it didn't make me happy so I only had 2 bites of that, I didn't want the salad I made either so I settled on eating the baked potato with margerine and sour cream. Oh yeah, 4 triskets!
S: 12 oz diet root bear
S: I haven't opened it yet but I bought some Bryers S/F ice cream (110 cal) that WILL be sampled before bed.
LOL....it's a good thing I get to try again tomorrow huh??

I mis-typed! It was Breyers fat free ice cream. taste was good but you could tell it wasn't the regular stuff if you know what I mean. It still not totally aweful in the sugar category though. And HEY, it has protein!!! Here's the stats:

I love Twisters, haven't been there since my surgery though. Graeters settles good on the new tummy but that stuff is loaded with sugar.
I really thought you hit the motherlode with the sugar free ice cream, aww shucks....
