 Im starting it girls but I am not posting what has went in my mouth today! omg!!!!! pms is rareing its ugly head.. I have no idea how to stop the ball from rolling down the hill.. 
 It's ugly...

this is when you NEED to post - when you seriously messed up and you need to get back on track.  It's so easy just not to be honest with yourself or anyone else about it, but who does that help?  Here I'll go first

breakfast - coffee with sf vanilla creamer
1.5 slices whole wheat toast with butter
snack - 1 scoop champion chocolate
lunch - crunchy peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat and grape sf koolaid
snack - 1 scoop champion chocolate
snack - a handful of pretzel flipz (bad) and a frozen snack size twix bar
dinner - is cooking right now, making jambalaya with smoked sausage
snack - hope to grab another protein shake and some sf popsicles instead of any further foolishness

exercise - danced around the house for a few minutes and did WiiFit for 10 minutes

   Ah-choo!  All the cold bugs at school have caught up with me.  Hope everyone else is staying well.  Today's food stuff: B. NF Chai tea latte, South beach cereal bar  L: 2-3oz. ham and 1 slice lf American cheese, D.  1/4 baked potato, 3-4 oz. chili and cheese, dab of sour cream... this chili came from a can, Bush's, and was quite tasty to have come from a can.  Snax:  2 sf fudgesicles.  Reading this makes me think I'm in a rut these days, but the simpler, the better.  So, what are you eating today?! Aah-choo!

This one time....in
Band Camp.....

My band is being a fickle fickle witch (replace the W with a B) today!  It can't decide if it wants to be tight or loose!

FOOD

S:  my usual coffee/milk combo
B:  a boiled egg (yolks are a little slow going down)
L:  3 pieces of beef jerky nuggets  (70 calories, 1 fat, 5 carb, 10 pro)
S:  a fruit roll up
S:  a vendor pack of M&M cookies (all I remember is it said 260 calories)
D:  crockpot chicken w/ gravy (campbells soup), corn on the cob and green beans......all of it was REGIFTED....how the heck does a band NOT LIKE MOIST CHICKEN????  Even Richard got semi-stuck on it!

S (or dinner part 2):  2 graham crackers with peanut butter and nutella

S:  I probably need to do a protein drink but I'm not sure I will


EXERCISE

On a good note tough I did my "Y Thang" today for a full 80 minutes

Hi Ladies!  

I have eaten some bad things today....pizza and cookies.  I am PMSing too, Dawn!  I just can't seem to get enough to eat.  I have been craving salty stuff............which dries me out.....which I don't need.
Anyway.....................................Today was a very busy day at work.  Lots of responding to emergencies.  Came home tired.  Went out to dinner - I wasn't trying to cook and then clean the kitchen.   Went to the tanning bed and track.

B:  Protein Cereal w/ Rice Dream "milk"
S:  1/2 protein bar, 2 p-nut butter crackers
L:   1 slice cheese pizza, 2 celery sticks, and 2 grape tomatoes w/ ranch dressing
S:  1 homemeade Chocolate No-Bake Oatmeal Cookie   :(
S:  1 Oatmeal Raisin cookie   :(
D:   3 grilled shrimp w/3 bites grilled veggies, 1/4 c. refried beans, slice of tomatoe, lettuce, 2 TBSP guacamole w/ chips
S:   4 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheese, 1 TBSP sliced almonds


EXERCISE:    I honestly have gotten close to 90 min. of running/jogging/walking in today!   Did some of it at work and the last 40 min. at the track.

It seems as though today can be called BAD WEDNESDAY.
My band is fickle but I thank God that Tom left me last year.  Hope tomorrow is a better day for all.  I wasn't able to many solids today but I did get more protein in today.

Intake: 
Breakfast - Banana Wheybolic Protein, 3 (20 oz) flavored water, 20 oz coffee.

Lunch - Pure protein bar and 1/3 bag bbq pork rinds, chocolate covered soynuts

Dinner - Fish patty w/o bread from Rallys

I have not exercised yet but I plan to get on the gazelle in a few minutes.

 Could not get on last evening so here I am at 5:00 am! Have to go to Indy today...On the road and back in De Office's yesterday with girls. One possibly with Mono.....yuck!  Nayway...last but not least.....

B: Milk w/ pill chaser
L: Burger King Chicken Tendercrisp sandwich (on the road) BAD CHOICE-790 calories!!!!D:Large chili from wendy's with american cheese 


No Snacks today!!! Exercise lots of walking...more than I had set for daily goal!
