ACCOUNTABILITY: Diet and Exercise for Tuesday September 2, 2008
I live a boring and predictable life. Worked as usual. Came home, cooked dinner, ate, cleaned the kitchen, did a load of laundry, posting on OH and then going to the track!
Today's Menu:
B: 1 slice cheese on 1 slice toast
S: Tuna and a 60cal. Hershey's Dark Choc. stick
L: Soy Turkey & Cheese Wrap w/ mustard on LC HP tortilla
S: Bite of a Bagel, SF applesauce, p-nut butter on 4 saltine crackers
D: 1/2 c. baked potatoe, 3 Morningstar Chik'n nuggets w/ mustard
S: 4 P-nut butter w/ saltine crackers and a SF fudgesicle
EXERCISE: Did 60 minutes at the track (3 miles). This 60 min . a day is pushing me and I like it

s- prochino
b- a yogurt smoothie and grapes
l- lil under half a cup chili and 4 crackers.. ate too much was tad uncomfy
s- peanuts, cashews, trail mix
d- 3 wendy's chicken nuggets, some fries
s- breyers free cho**** cream.. yum
liquids:
24 ounces
20 ounces s/f/k/a
8 ounces milk
exercise:
18 minute fast walk on break
will make up the rest tomm

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band

Food Intake:
Breakfast: Soy protein shake, 2 cups of tea, 1 (20 oz) bottle of water, 20 oz cup of coffee
Lunch: Garden salad w/real bacon pieces, 1 tbs blue cheese dressing
Dinner: Pure Protein bar, 1/2 cup cabbage, cinnamon applesauce, 2 scoops lemon yogurt ice cream.
Poor eating day. Low protein. Low water. No exercise.
September plans are to do better. Goal is to be in Onderland by end of month.
