Accountability: Diet and Exercise for MONDAY, SEPT 1

  Ok, I skipped Sunday. I could have sworn I posted it, but I assume I didn't.oppps... Sorry girls!! So here is the start for monday.. I am off to start my exercise for the Challenge and I will post food later..



food:
b- honey nut cheerios and a splash of milk
s-banana

l- 1.5 smoked cheddar sausage.

s- taking a twisted protein  bar to the lake with me

d- breakfast.






Liquids-




exercise-
  18 minutes of pilates from memory cause I cant find my dvd..
   and man can I tell I done them!! whew..
   5 minutes on gazelle till kate wanted breakfast
   20 sit ups on my medicine ball
   plan to get a walk or more gazelle time in sometime today...

omg you mean we have to start today!  I can do this....

food -
breakfast - champ choc protein shake and coffee with sf vanilla creamer
2 slices whole wheat toast with lots of butter
lunch - whole wheat tortilla with 3 slices of deli chicken and a slice of monteray jack cheese dipped into mayo
snack - champion choc protein shake with 1/2 chunky peanut butter n jelly sandwich

does cleaning the basement count towards exercise? ewww probably not ...need to pull out the Wii

HOLA!!!

This weekend has been like one long food infested ROADTRIP!! 

LOL, we had our super mega 2 day yard sale this weekend (I made over 500 bucks! ) and i've eaten everything from dunkin donuts to pizza to sushi!  Some things went down fine as wine and some things made return visits since I was being STUPID.  I ate things KNOWING it wasn't going to stay down. 

But, it's time to get back on the bandwagon and clean up my act!  So here I am.  Beat me, chastise me, put me in time out, then hug me and let me back in the club......please???


FOOD

B:  1/2 slice cold pizza but it wasn't sitting well and didn't want to go down so I gave it to Richard (he's like Mikey he'll eat anything).  I then had 3 bites of a no-name protein bar that SUCKED so I threw it away

L:   8oz brocolli cheese soup (one of those powdered kits and it wasn't too good) that I added a dollop of sour cream to and had a hot dog w/o the bun.   Oh yeah, I added 6 crackers to the soup to thicken it up.

S:  I'm thinking a S/F CIB made with 1% milk

D:  Richard wants salad so I'll make grilled chicken and a huge salad for the two of us later tonight

EXERCISE

I'm getting ready to go to the grocery and then to pick up Gracie at my mom's so Exercise will begin tomorrow!!

B- 1 cup of cantaloupe and 1 protein bar= 243 calories and 18 grams protein

D- chopped steak, cream corn and broccoli steamed ( thats my plan now may change) I am still sick



exercise:  going to go to the Old Time Pottery and walk through it being air pollution bad today and still sick.   I will do sit ups tonight if my breathing will allow me to

  Determined to have a good food day!!  Exercise, 40 minutes of swimming and water exercises.
B. 2c. decaf coffee, 1 grande nf Chai tea latte (tasted so good on my sore throat)
    later in morning Ka****rail mix bar
L. 1/2 grilled chicken salad w. apples, and cranberries & nuts, splash of raspberry vinagrette   dressing from Steak & Shake- had $2.00 off coupon- pretty good stuff
D. probably rest of salad and some chili w. cheese
snax:  a couple of sf fudgesicles
Lots of water today

Went to bed feeling a little puny last nite.  Better today and determined to make it a great day!!  Happy Labor Day to All!!!

Happy Labor Day Everyone! 

I feel HORRIBLE today.  My tailbone is killing me. I don't know what I have done to it.  I haven't fallen, no bumps, nothing.......Can barely sit down, can't roll over in bed without excruciating pain, and trouble getting to a standing position.  I actually feel better standing or walking.  No bending over either!  I feel so helpless.

Worked today.  Went ok.

Today's Intakes:

B:  Slice Soy Turkey, slice of cheese, and tea
S:   p-nut butter on 4 saltine crackers, and SF applesauce
L:   Lean Cuisine Cheese Canneloni
D:  3 Morningstar Soy Chik'n nuggets, 1/4 c. spinach, bit of potatoe w/onion and pepper, 1/4 slice toast
S:  Going for a SF popsicle


EXERCISE:   Hoping to go to the track then do some toning arm exercises.  Aiming for 60 min. a day this month as part of the KY boards exercise challenge!   May simply walk for an hour and see how much distance I make in that time....this will be a new way for me to measure my physical activity.

Well...I have sucked the last couple of days on posting anything, but i am on track today!

B: glass of milk w/ a billion daily pills!
L: 6 sea salt bagel crisps w/ cream cheese veggie spread
D: Grilled chicken and red smashed potatos....potatos are hard for me to get down now...too gooey!

S: sf vanilla pudding cup!

Cal: 760
Protein: 49g
FLUIDS....ALOT!

I changed my calories intake to 1200 starting saturday. It is harder on some days to stay below it, but I am going to try!

Exercise...Pool time 45 min total...15 to clean...30 walking in rotations. 5 laps one direction...turn and walk 5 in opposite directions...etc...The neighbors must think I am a lunatic and cannot decide which way to go! Hopefully they will not get out the guns and try to shoot at me!
