 SEPTEMBER EXERCISE CHALLENGE
--------------------------------------
  Ok Kentucky board, here we go...
  What you need to do is set a goal for yourself for the month..
  for example, mine will be 900 minutes
  I decided I can do 30 minutes a day for 30 days and get the 900 minutes..
 SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
 you decide what you want to do for the month and post it on this Post..
Once a week on Saturday I will start a post so you can give us a update on where
you are..
  Rules:
 --------- MOVE--------MOVE--------MOVE-------
 If you walk the track like Leslie, then time it.. If it takes 45 minutes from start to finish
then you log 45 minutes
 If you do pilates like I do, time the minutes that you actually do the moves. If you swim time it
time in pool to time out of pool!!!
  Thats about it.. Noone is going to fuss at you for not meeting your goal. We are just here to
support you!!!!!

GREAT!!!! I like the 30 minutes for 30 days...so I will go with that too.  So my goal is 900 minutes.

     


* I lost 7 lbs. on the pre-op diet.*

welcome choro...30 minutes a day is easy if you break it up in to groups too. I walk both my breaks at work and boom done... Good luck!

I going with 60 minutes a day.  I will be breaking this up between walking times and weight toning times!
Total Goal of 1800 minutes!

I'm starting slooow! I'm committing to 20 minutes a day for 600 minutes. I'm probably doing bike only this month. Thanks so much Dawn!

 Im on vacation the second week, so Im really hoping I can hit my goal!!! I started to lower it but decided no I can do it somehow...

  Alrighty, then!!!  After doing the math, I'm going with 850 minutes of exercise this month, starting with swimming 1st thing Monday morning when they open at 8:00 a.m.  We can do this!!!  Up till now, exercise has been my secret weapon against plateaus.   Thanks, Dawn, for getting us moving even more!!!  Ready, set, MOVE!

OK you guys have me motivated - but I am allergic to sweating - so I am in for 300 minutes.  I will probably use my WiiFit or my bowflex machine  - 10 minutes is good for me to shoot for, maybe I will form a good habit?

   HAHAHAHA Vicki, U sound like me.. We took my daughter to the park this morning and  I told them  we had to go home, I was sweating and didn't like it!!! hahahaha!!! Thats why I love my pilates dvd's. I feel the burn of using my muscles and I dont sweat!!! I cant wait ill cooler weather!!!!
  Ok girls, remeber all you have to do is move and time it!!! It's that easy.. I did this two months in a row on the band board and lost 15 or 16 pounds in those two months.... 
  So we start tomm!!!!!
