Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Saturday August 30

 Good Saturday morning ladies!!!!! I have had hair cuts and been running errands all morning but here I am.. Gonna type up the exercise post today sometime!!!

 Food:
s- prochino
b- none
L- 1130 am
half of a kroger personal pizza.. Kiddo ate the other half!! worked great!!
cal-400 of which I had half so my intake (200)
carbs 51 of which my intake was (25.5)
protein 15g  of which my intake was (7.5)
for deseert I had a snack size M & M package with Katelyn

s- peanut butter crackers 3 of them  .....

d- smoked sausage and corn on cob and squash and zuchini
s-  klondike sugar free ice cream bar
      glass of milk to wash down my meds
exercise- none today yet, maybe my gazelle today?

liquids- 8 oz milk
          20 ounce water
          18 ounce water 
            6 ounce milk
 Have a good Saturday everyone!!! Exercise Challenge starts MONDAY!!!!

 Hi, Dawn!  Here's how today has gone (i can' t blieve it's after 6:00 p.m.)

B.  About 4 cups decaf coffee, Chai tea latte and later South Beach cereal bar
L.  about 2-3 oz. grilled grouper, a little rice, 2-3 oz. beans and 1 plantain (Havanna Rumba)
Getting ready for dinner
D.  2-3 oz. deli Boars Head sliced chicken,  & slice lf cheese
Snack, probably some sf jello and maybe a ff fudgesicle.
45 minutes swimming this morning- didn't have to share a lane- it was great!

Got a free sample of "tide me over" powder to add to water in my SB cereal bar box.  30 calories, low carb and 5 g. protein plus some fiber. Drinking now and not bad.  $1.00 off coupon also in box

It's been a great day.  Spent about an hour & 1/2 with grandaughters and a couple of hours with middle son who has come "home" from Georgia and starts new job in Indy on Tuesday.  He looks so good and I believe is in love, and she with him.  Youngest son, 27, living in Indy as of a few weeks ago and getting married in December.  Maybe another wedding next year??

  Pretty much the perfect Saturday- you need days like this once in awhile!  At rate I'm going, I'll be under 200 pounds for the December wedding and that will be wonderful!!!  What a great Christmas gift for me.  Thinking seriously about the exercise challenge.  I only get to swim on Saturdays now, & holidays.  I've been doing 15-20 minutes of what I refer to as floor exercise before going to work in the morning, and I believe it helps, so if that will count, I could join the challenge!  I'll letcha know by Monday- Happy Week-end!

I spent 3 hours walking around the Ohio Renassance Festival.  If you have the time this weekend it is worth the trip.  2 for 1 entry.  See the Mud Show but sit in back. Very funny and a great time. Amy K

It is Sunday morning and am just now posting.  Got home late last night.   Did not do well.  Went to my grandfather's Birthday Cookout and tried some things I should not have.  Felt sick afterwards.  I should have known better.

B:  Slice Kashi Mediterranean Pizza
L:  2 Slices of   Kashi Mediterranean Pizza
D:  1 MorningStar Garden Patty, 1 slice cheese, 1 deviled egg, bite of pasta salad, bite of potatoe salad, bite of cole slaw, 1 slice raw squash and 5 pretzel sticks w/spinach dip
S:  4 bites of birthday cake and 1/4 c. strawberry ice cream
S:  3 shrimp, few bites grilled veggies, and chips w/ slasa and guacamole


EXERCISE:   Walked 1.5 miles at the track before going to VA!

breakfast - almost half of a cheesy 2 egg omelet and a piece of bacon, coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer
snack - chocolate champion protein
lunch - taco meat, refried beans, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce and a few chips
snack - movie theater popcorn
dinner - part of some kindof italian sandwich without the bread, a few bites of italian wedding soup and my sons tomatoes from his salad covered in garlic ranch dressing
snack - several sf popsicles
later snack - choc champion protein and a handful of brazil nuts
