Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Friday August 29

Ok...since I refused to post (actually too lazy to look up cal etc...) yesterday...I will start todays! Here we go....
Yes....I am not sure of the calories since it was the only meal I had! I ate the rest today for lunch!
B: Protein bar in the car on the way to Dr-kaski go lean...pretty tasty!
L: 3 shrimp, 5 scallops (baby), 4 ozs flounder, 1/2 c salad w/ baby shrimp. 1 biscuit...I am weak...what can I say!
D: unsure! Have a football game tonight...or the pool...which shall I do????
small bag of popcorn and a bottle of water....I think I am under my new 1200 make by a bit! yeah me!
Cal: 944...only 257 cal left for rest of day! May be a Wendy's Chili.....

Fluids: 64 so far!

Hi Lee Ann. Thanks for getting us started today. I look forward to my "accountability" every day. I love seeing what everyone else eats! Is that weird?
I have had a rather busy day......but have enjoyed it. I woke up at 5 with a busy and preoccupied mind. Went back to sleep at 7 and got up after 8.
Made beds and cleaned bathrooms. Fixed breakfast, showered, gave myself a pedicure, and went to the market for fresh veggies. I love getting fresh produce in the summer.,,,going to miss that "straight from the garden" taste when summer is over.
Spent a lot of time in the kitchen today. I made 12 1/2 pints of Hot Chipotle Salsa. Also made a pasta caesar salad and 32 deviled eggs for my grandfathers cook-out tomorrow. Will be making baked beans in the morning before I leave.
Actually had lunch out at a little tex-mex restaurant in town. When the sun goes down, I plan to go walking.
I weighed myself this morning and had lost a pound. It was nice to see a change on the scales even if it was for one pound! Going to take some 6 month photos tomorrow to post! That is the plan anyway.
Today's Intake
B: Egg and Cheese on 1 Slice Toast
L: 1/2 of Veggie Quesadilla, 1/2 c. lettuce salad, and 1/4 c. refried beans
S: 1/2 of a P-nut butter cookie
D: 1/2 of Veggie Quesadilla and 1/4 c. refried beans (lunch leftovers!)
D2: Planning on having a Protein Bar before my walk
S: ????? SF popsicle maybe
EXERCISE: Walking 2 miles with weights for 1 mile.

Hi Ladies!! Im fighting to get Katelyn on a soccer team and Im p***ed off!!! grrrr
worked my butt off today and im tired
FOOD:
S- PROCHINO
B- 2 BITES OF sausage, cheese crsandwich that didnt seem to sit very well
s- Kroger active lifestyle yogurt smoothie,, had the info wrote down on it and can't find it..
L- some grilled chicken and bbq sauce and steamed veggies
s- peanuts, cashews, with m and m's in it...
d- 2.5 chicken nuggets, cheddar, bacon baked potatoe(ate half)
Fluids:
44 ounces water koolaid
8 ounces milk
will try to do 20 more tonight?
exercise:
20minute walk at work
First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band

I'm pretty off kilt today....no real planning just eating as I see fit!
LOL.... I think I got the hi-octane coffee this morning and still haven't landed!
HEHEHE.....I still have the jitters!!
B: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (6oz coffee, 10oz milk, S/F syrup and 4 splenda)
L: egg beater omelet with 1 and a half slices of co-jack cheese and a little salsa on top!
S: a pack of oero cakesters and a diet pepsi (yeah, i'm bad -- but it was good!!)
D: not the foggiest of ideas!! Likely to be a salad from some sorta drive thru
I did go to the YMCA this morning though. Did my whole 40 minute strength training and then only 15 minutes on the treadmill.....was starting to feel FREAKY!!
