Accountability: Diet & Exercise for Thursday August 28th
Happy Thursday to all!!
I'm beginning to get a routine down with school days and that's helping! We get Gracie up a 6am, get her on the bus at 7am. I then either go to the YMCA at 7:30 and get it over with or do something else on my list! Today it was volunteering at the elementary school's library (Did I ever tell y'all I used to be a librarian in college?). I'm just now finishing up my first meal of the day and then I need to do a load of laundry and steam my carpet in the basement (one of the cats pee'd on it again!)

Oh well, I'm going to get this posting started and then I'll be back this evening to edit for changes!

S: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (6oz coffee, 10oz milk, S/F syrup and splenda)
B: about 10 to 12oz Chic tortilla soup w/ 2 spoons of sour cream and a sprinkle of shredded 2% cheese

EXERCISE
?? I'm not sure there's time today but Gracie and I may try to squeeze in a bike ride after school or I might make it to the gym this evening (yeah right)!
I am out of vitamins! How did that happen???? I meant to go by the pharmacy and get some before I came home from work and totally forgot. Now they are closed and I will have to wait until tomorrow.

B: 1/2 Egg Biscuit without the inside of the biscuit
S: Rice Cake w/ Peanut Butter
L: 4 Soy Chik'n Nuggets
S: Rice Cake, 2 cherries
S: 1 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Truffle
D: 1/2 c Shrimp Jambalaya minus the rice, 1/4c Country Fried Veggies, slice of tomatoe, and 2 slices of cucumber
S: Not sure yet!
Exercise: Going to the track - aiming for 2 miles today.

Becca, glad you are getting a routine going.. The cats are not liking your basement for some reason? How does Gracie like it?? Leslie, I hate when I forget to go get something.. mine is usually my protein powder!! ughh!! Worked today and Good night I could use a stiff drink!!!! I miss the meeting but it's cheaper this way.. Im on vacation for the Norton's one too!! waaaa!!!

no snack!! woohoo
l- some grilled pork chop and mashed potatoes and green beans
cant tell how much of it there was I grabbed the wrong lunch!!!11:10a
s- a banana at my 210 break
d- half a double cheeseburger with bottom bun from mcd's
s- milk and fruit before night meds??

and about 12 ounces of mcdonalds sweet tea
exercise-
walked 25 minutes at work and may try gazelle tonight sometime..
IM knocking on wood,. but I seem to have found a good balance for me and the band again.. Scales say im down 7 pounds but im not sure I trust them yet... If I have a small lil bit of bad carbs(bread) it will hold me longer than the two hours and I eat less.. so I am alot happier person that i have been for the last two months let me tell ya!!! Im not constantly in hunger or in pain!!! woohoo!!!
