Accountability: Diet & Exercise for Wed., Aug. 27th

 Hope everyone is well.  Lee Ann got us off to a good start with early morning well wishes.  Now it's tell time the showing will come when we look at ourselves and say "well done".  If not today, hopefully tomorrow.

Today's Intake:

Breakfast - 2 cups of organic tea, 2 (20 oz) bottles of flavored water.

Lunch - 2 pcs fish from LGS, broccoli slaw and special k bar.

Dinner - probably a protein shake, bowl of soup and some crackers

Snack - yogurt and dry roasted peanuts.

I will be doing last minute running tomorrow before getting on the road for Texas.  I hope someone keeps the thread going.  If I get the opportunity I will add my intake to the accountability but I won't be available to start it and I sure appreciate having it.  Take care and have a good and safe holiday weekend.

Hope everyone has a good evening!  I have either some paperwork for work to do or I watch a movie...... I am leaning toward the movie!

Today's Menu:

B:   1 Serving Oatmeal
S:   Protein Bar
L:   Soy Turkey and Cheese wrap on a HP LC tortilla w/ mustard, 5 slices cucumber
S:   1 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Truffle
D:   3 Morningstar Soy Chicken Nuggets, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, 1/4 c. peas and carrots, 1/4 biscuit w/ tsp. applebutter

EXERCISE:   NONE.  I have been bad.  Hope to get back on track tomorrow.

Well I did not do good with my choices but I have done worse!

L: southwest chicken sandwich
D: salad, lasagna

Cal: 1393
Protein: 63g
Fluids: 56ozs so far......

i dropped my cal limit to 1400 this week....let's see how well it works!

 Hi!!!!!!!! Im here.. Im feeling a lil better today woohoo!!!
 Not gonna go for personals cause im runnnin late... Z we will get it started next week and be careful on your trip!!!

s- prochino
b- luna peanut butter cookie bar( actually ate only over half of it)
     smelled bad at first but was good..9am
s- yogurt smoothie and a banana1130 or so
l- half a rally's cheeseburger with half of the bottom bun,
   a few fries.. forgot to count them ..130pm
s- handful cashews
d-2 wendy's chicken nuggets530pm
  a baked potatoe with bbq sauce on it
s- 6 oz milk, and 4 choc chip cookies..830pm
  I know bad choice but im bouncing back from TWO MONTHS OF Torture!!!!!!!
   I didnt keep track of calories cause I forgot my book at home..

Exercise:
vacuumed my moms house and ran up and down her steps
few minutes on my gazelle...

will drink some ounces with my night antibotic

SO not tooo bad!!! Better than its been..
The Luna bars are good to girls!!! That way you have a variety...
Im trying hard to be good even with the two hours eating.. I have noticed if I throw in just a lil bad carbs I can last longer  than two hours... So im working on how to make it work for me till the 16th...

L- 1/2 of pimento cheese sandwich on toast, and a few chips

D - Wend's chili and small frosty (i know bad but I feel bad still sick)


I have had 3 20 oz bottles of water with kroger fitness to go (grape)
1 flat sprite

I am not taking mu*****ause I feel like a mack truck ha**** me and my breathing is out of control  hope I feel better tomorrow....

UGGH!!

I think I'm losing my posting mojo again!  I'm lurking more than anything and that usually starts a backslide on bad habits for me!  I need a good kick in the pants!   -----I'm also 3 weeks away from vacation and am starting to switch gears to planning.

I skipped the YMCA today JUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T feel like it and I didn't track my fluids!!



7am to 11am  - Coffee and milk combo

2-ish - about 1/2 a bowl of Campbell's Chunky Chili (I didn't measure but Richard helped me eat it and we threw away the last of it)  Also had 4 flatbread multigrain craker thingies.

6-ish  - I made chicken tortilla soup and taquitos for dinner.  Had a cup of the soup with a spoon of sour cream in it.  Had 2 taquitos with taco sauce.

8-ish  a Dove dark chocolate single

There might have been something else I ate during the day but I honestly don't remember!

Oh well, I'll be a good girl tomorrow!

  Hi, Z!  Hope you have a wonderful trip to Texas!  I would love to ease on up to road to Indy to see 2 of our sons who now have moved there, one just this week (love!) but we have lots going on at church and feel we need to be supportive there some holiday week-ends. 
OK, here's what happened food-wise on Wednesday:
B.  grande nf Chai tea latte, followed by cereal bar at students"lunch time"
L.  1:30 real lunch, left over 2-3 oz.salmon, 1/4 baked potato, & broccoli (YUM)
on way home from school, caramel frappacino light- I had a coupon-
D. 1/2 naked burrito, Q'doba.....needed nothing else Weds. nite.
I think there was a peanut butter Twisted bar in there somewhere today

Lovin' school this year!  But with meetings afterwards today, it will be a long day, so I may not be back on the board until early Friday morning.  Hope everyone has a great upcoming holiday Week-end!
