For everyone ewho thinks this is just a great day. Come to CIncy and help me cut and bundle the apple tree my hubby said he was going to trim and cut it to the gound and left the mess for me. It's smelly, hot and muggy. Great work out is the only possitive I can think of so far. Oh, tried the twisted bar and love protein bars now. Doesn't taste like cardboard. HOt and Smelly Amy from the Nati.
