Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Tues. Aug. 25th
Went to 4 wk checkup w/ps. He says I'm doing well and can now start using rejuvna cream ($80 for 2oz) on my arms. I can also resume using weights. I no longer have to wear the compression garment. Yeah Me. He did not take pictures yet as I still have some swelling at the elbow.
Today's Intake:
Breakfast - Slimscript soy shake, 2 qts powerade zero
Lunch - Beef bologna and cheese on wheat wrap, sf/pudding, brocolli salad.
Dinner - 3 oz left over cornish hen and 1/2 cup of cabbage.
Snack - Key lime pie yogurt and 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts

A very busy day at work.......as usual. Feeling tired and not going for a walk. It is dark and raining. Besides, I brought some paperwork home to do.............hoping it will make tomorrow go a little smoothly.
Today's Intake:
B: 3 Deviled Eggs
S: Protein Bar
L: 1 Soy Turkey Wrap with cheese and lettuce on a LC HP tortilla, 1/ 2c. sliced cucumbers, 1 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Truffle
S: Kay's Natural's Protein Cereal (Apple Cinnamon) - Ate it dry out of the bag!
D: 1/2 serving baked salmon,2 brocolli florets, 1/2 c. spinach, and 1 corn on the cob. Ha 2strawberries and 4 grapes for dessert.
S: ? Not sure what I will eat for that tonight.

Floor exercise early this morning- about 20 min. beats nothing.
