? about Dr. Shina's diet

I had my surgery on Thursday and am on clear liquids for now. I had a couple of questions about how Dr. Shina makes his diet requirements.
Were you on clear liquids (broth, jello, popsicles) for 2 weeks. Today is the first day I am kinda hungry and even full liquids sounds good!
Also, what is the diet requirements after a fill?

HI LINDA! welcome to Dr.Shina's band camp.. Its been awhile so Im not sure I remeber the after surgery program.. But cant you have protein drinks?? those are what will keep you feeling full.. Any questions please call his office.. Holly will take good care of you!! I promise!! I would look it up for you but im on ym way out the door.. I will ck back here later when we get home. but your protein shakes are what keeps hunger away..

I am having 2 protein shakes a day, and as of yet, I have not gotten very hungry.
The one thing that must be normal, but seems crazy to me is, since my surgery (Thur.) I have lost 9.5 lbs. Now, I am not complaining... but it seems real fast.

keep  moving and watch those pounds go down!!!

   Ok, Im back.. Yes you will be on this diet for the full two weeks.. and after fill protacol is the same. you start over from scratch. but you will hopefully get lucky and wont need a lot of fills to get you to that sweet spot...  You will do fine!!!!
