Sick and Upset

last night I got really sick, could not breath and coughing uncontrollable.  I made it through the night but was in the Dr's office first thing this morning.   I have sinusitis and bronchitis. I am really upset cause he made me go back on the oxygen 24/7 and they had to put me on steroids and steroids are what go me in the mess I was with weight gain.   So I am really bummed,  I was feeling so good and not having to be on the oxygen except at night, had not had steroids since 2006 and now it seems I get slapped in the face with this.  Not to mention I pulled my hamstring exercising this weekend so now he has added celebrex and darvocet to the mixture of all the other drugs.  grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr   I thought losing this weight I would be free of the oxygen and steroids  boy was I wrong. 

I am coming to support group hell or high water Thursday so see you all Thursday

Vicki...this is a nasty bunch of crap that everyone is gettine. everyone at my house has or has had this crud as Dawn calls it! if he put you on the oxygen, its ecause you probably need it! its just until this passes right? Don't  take it as a setback...take it as a way to get better and over this crud! I hate steroids too...but this is one time I wish they had given them to me to open up my lungs! I swear they felt tighter than a drum! Just rest...take meds...and get better. you pulled a hamstring exercising huh? Hmmm...you sure thats what you were doing?...j/k..trying to make ya smile!

yup exercising no acrobatic sex  lol   just walkin on the treadmill.... I am reading on the other board and getting amused about the talk about Sandy R   have you read it yet????? Unbelieveable

Sorry you're sick and feeling nasty.  Hopefully it won't last long.  This humidity is enough to make me feel like I need oxygen.  Yuck!  Hope you're up and at 'em again real soon!

Yeah I read the posts....what a hub bub of contradictions! I stayed out of this one...believe it or not! Too hairy! Some of those folks are just stirring the pot to keep it boiling and I got bored with it all.....

Follow the doctors orders and GET WELL SOON.  You may be off oxygen in the daytime sooner that you think.

Thanks Z I need all the thoughts and prayers.   I hate being on oxygen I am self conscious about it in public like people are judging me.   I know I will get back to normal again but its a setback I didn't think would happen again
