TODAY"S MENU:

B:  1 egg, 1 slice cheese, 2 strips soy bacon, and 1 fresh peach
L:   1/2 chile relleno, 4 grilled shrimp, 1/4 c. refried beans
S:   Protein Bar
D:  Tuna, 6 crackers, 1/2c. salad
S:   1/4 baked potatoe instead of the preplanned SF popsicle!

EXERCISE:   2 miles at the track.
