6 Month Upate
Today is my 6 month post-op date. I was hoping for more weight loss but it just isn't happening. Will do some pics later this week to post!

Hips- 38 (-12 in)
Thighs - 22 (-5 in)

B: 1 egg, 1 slice cheese, 2 strips soy bacon, and 1 fresh peach
L: 1/2 chile relleno, 4 grilled shrimp, 1/4 c. refried beans
S: Protein Bar
D: Tuna, 6 crackers, 1/2c. salad
S: SF popsicle
EXERCISE: 2 miles at the track.
