Hi everyone - having a crazy band day can't blame tom it left last year.  However I am just going to get my liquids in and stay away from the table.

Today's Disaster Intake:

Breakfast:  1 cup of organic tea

Lunch:  Tried to eat a McChicken meat only - got it down.  Tried fries, needless to say I don't have to count them as eaten.

Dinner:  Slim Script Soy Shake, (really good) then my diet went buck wild - went next door and my neighbor had band sabatour foods - red velvet cake (small piece), chocolate chip w/caramel and whipped cream cake (small piece),  jello cake (small piece) needless to say it went down just fine.   I plan to have some soup later when the sugar wears off and I'm hungry.

Drinking my powerade zero and flavored water now that I've ingested all that cake.
Have a great evening.   Z

All I can say is YUM YUM!!

Hey y'all!!  I bought a new bike today so I have a new way to get my exercise if I don't make it to the gym each day!!  My old one was a hand me down from Richard and it was actually a much more complex bike and I didn't really like it!  We're having a yard sale next week and that old one will go into it!

Ain't it cute?!?!

I love your bike! I got a new one last summer and love it . It is called a townie and has the big seats and comfortable handle bars of my childhood. It gives a good cardio workout without the stress on my knees and feet. Have fun!
