Wow...I can't believe someone has not posted yet! Ok...so I will start off...hope everyone is having a good weekend!

B: Milk w/ sf choc syrup
S: Twisted protein bar
L: Roasted chicken breas****omato sliced up and 2 pieces of string cheese
D: 3 slice of  a med chicken club pizza from papa johns

S: 1 fresh juicy peach chopped up w/ 1/2 vanilla ice cream on top...omg!!!!! Goood!

Cal: 1616
Protein: 98 grams
Fluids: 86 ozs.....I slosh when I walk!

Hi Lee Ann and everyone else that posts

Having a great day but my band is having a bad day 

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 2 (20oz) flavored water

Lunch - McChicken w/half of bun

Dinner - 4 shrimp, 1 egg roll, 2 crab rangoon, zone perfect, sunflower kernels.

Bought a gazelle (like new) at a yard sale for $5.00, sold most of my size 24 summer clothes.  Next week selling my size 24 winter suits.  Sad but I am holding on to my leather goods - too good for a yard sales.

Thanks for getting us started.
I have eaten WAY TOO MUCH again today.

Got up early and hit the market.  Got lots of fresh fruits and veggies.  Going to freeze some pepper rings  :)

Then I went to Peeble's and bought a pair of jeans which are a little loose in the butt (size 10 - Gloria Vanderbilt) and a pair of Ralph Lauren shorts size 12 - they were on clearance and had no smaller sizes or i could have went with an 8 or 10!

I have pretty much slowed down with my weight loss and am going to do the exercise challenge for the month of Sept. aiming for 40 min. of cardio a day and 45 min. of toning or weights 3 x's a week.  Hoping that will jump start my loss again.

Daily intakes:

B:   1/2 serving Special K Protein Plus cereal w/ Rice Milk
S:    Bite of pecan bar, bite of choc. cookie, and a bite of a molasses popcorn ball - WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR for me.  I don't know why I do that to myself.
S:   1/2 of a protein bar
L:  1 1/2 slice cheese pizza from Fazoli's, and a side of shrimp
S:   1 fresh peach
D:  5 Shrimp w/onions and peppers, 5 chips w/ salsa and guacamole, 1/2 slice tomatoe, and 3 bites refried beans
S:   2 slices of cheese and 6 saltine crackers, 10 almonds, and a banana popsicle
S:  1 serving Farina

Exercise:  2 miles at the track!

HI!!

I'm here!  We just in from all day at the lske maybe an hour ago and Richard is asking if we can go to bed already so I have to be quick!!

This morning was my usuall half coffee-half milk but I REALLY wanted a Dunkin Donuts muffin so I did!!   LOL...4 bites and I was stuck though so I learned my lesson!!  I didn't yak but that was it for me until around noon when I had a pack of salted cashews from the Thornton's on the way to the lake.  I had fresh cut fruit (pineapple and grapes) and then 2 of those big round deli crakers with spinach and cheese spread on them while out on the boat.  When we got home I had a 100 cal Little Debbie Nutty bar and then supper which was about 8 oz of easy Mexican Chicken (sauteed chicked, black beans, crorn and taco seasoning) topped with 2 spoons of reg sour cream (can't eat the lite or FF crap) a sprinkle of 1% shredded cheese and some Ortega taco sauce.

So, while it wasn't a great day it really wasn't TOO bad!
