Accountability: Diet - Friday, Aug. 22nd

Since an exercise challenge is being started I just listed diet but my exercise come with.  Take care and enjoy your weekend.

Today's Intake:

Breakfast - 1/2 lean muscle meal, 3 (20 oz) flavored waters,
2 boiled eggs mushed.

Lunch:  Salmon salad, chips, soyjoy bar and whips chocolate yogurt

Dinner:  Steak w/ mixed vegetables

Snack: Ended up eating and apple w/peanut butter.

Got up early this morning - 7:30 - early for me!
Have cleaned house, lazed around, made out some menu plans and a grocery list.
Took my cat to the vet - she was not happy about that at all.

I have grazed all day!  I have got to stop doing that!  I think it has been emotional eating today.

B:  3/4 of a cheese and pepper omelet, 2 strips soy  bacon
S:   creamed spinach w/ garlic pita chips
L:   Salad and 1/2 salmon fillet seasoned w/dill.
S:   almonds and a slice of cheese
S:   1/2 c. mixed fruit
D:   Protein Bar
S:   Not sure yet, but at the rate I am going will probably have 2 tonight!

Exercise:   Going to wash and wax my car instead!

Addendum:

For my snacks I ended up eating 5 crackers with p-nut butter, and about 3 hrs later I had a bean and cheese burrito on a Low-carb, High-Protein tortilla.
I have stayed hungry today.  Not sure if it is stress or PMS!

I did wax my car and then I went to the training center at my work and did a mile on the treadmill........I jogged 1/4 a mile!  Was planning on going to the track I don't like walking alone after dark.
