exercise challenge

 OK kentucky board, I have a idea.. of course Im dying from some Crud so someone will have to take it over when I die but....
 Becca, Z, and I all have done or are doing exercise challenges on the lapband board.. Why not something here on our home board? The lapband board does 30 min a day or what ever goal you want to set for yourself.. I have lost more weight doing these challenges than I did without them.. So any one wanna give it a go??
   We can post once a week and I will promise to get on once a week and keep track of it... Or if I die pass the torch on to someone!!! I figure since I see Dr.Shina tuesday this will help kick me in gear to get the last 35 pounds I want to loose off!!!!! So Any takers for the last week of aug and all of sept???
  Going to slink off now. to my bed now. but will check back tomm!!

I'm game but may sit out this first time.  With vacation in September it would wreck my routine and I'd either be standing in line for Space Mountain thinking that I should be exercising or decide to not exercise at all the whole month since I wouldn't hit the monthly goal anyway......I know.....it's silly but it's me!

 Becca im on vaction too. but I figure I just wont set the goal as high as normal..  any one other Dannyell and I?? It's been read 17 times peeps... atleast comment.. lol

Dawn, count me in the challenge. When will we start? I had pre-op appointment today and am ready to start moving . I will need something to motivate me.

 hi girls.. You can do what ever you want, becca does cardio and weight training.. All you have to do is keep track of your MINUTES that you moved.. thats it... U can make a ticker or you can just keep track of it on the accountability posts and then once a week I will post a message for us to update  our numbers..
  Im not going to disneyworld but Becca is!!! She has a date with the camera and the blue man!!!!!
  you want to wait and start the first of sept?  Soon as I get over this crud I will figure out if i had everything in this post....
  Annie and Cathy all you have to do is decide how  many minutes a day you want to set as your goal... Mines gonna be 35 a day i think.. I can do 30 at work in two breaks so I think thats reasonable.. It will also keep me from thinking about food when im  on liquid H**l after my fill tuesday...   go team go!!!
