Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Thurs., Aug 21st

Good Afternoon on this drizzly day.  I've been busy trying to get everthing ready for my 12 hr drive to Tx next week.  Otherwise it's been a slow day.  Hope everyone is doing well.

Today's Intake:

Breakfast - 2 cups of organic tea, 1/2 wheybolic extreme 60

Lunch - Tuna salad w/tortilla chips and a zone perfect bar

Dinner - I took steaks out and plan on having mixed vegetables.

I'm starting on my liquids now because I wasn't in the mood to drink this mornin.  I plan to get them in before the night is over.  Exercised this morning and hope to again before bed.

breakfast  - 1 1/2 scoops champion chocolate protein shake
coffee with sf hazelnut creamer
2nd breakfast - leftover 1/2 ribeye steak and corn on the cob
lunch - 2 slices whole wheat bread with lots and lots of crunchy peanut butter and a little grape jelly
dinner - dreamfields lo-carb pasta with spagetti sauce and meatballs with parm cheese
snack - 1 1/2 scoops champion chocolate protein shake and some mixed nuts

Hi Z, hi Vicki, hello ALL!!!  Just finished posting on the main lapband board- check it out if you have the time.  Excited now to weigh less than I have for about 23-25 years.  Gotta love the Band!

B:  Grande NF Chai Tea latte got me through the morning
10:00 Lunch: Ka****rail mix bar.
   1:30 Lunch: 1/2 of South Beach Pizza left over from last night
   3:00 snack, 3 oz. peaches, yum
D:  5-6 pieces Sushi (no raw fish) taking the other 6-7 for lunch tomorrow
S: probably will have my sf fudgesicle

Well.....................to begin with.  My husband and  I had a heart to heart talk.  I had my mind made up that we would be divorcing by next week.  However, to keep things civil, I am going to suggest counseling.  We talked about doing the divorce together and I am thinking that counseling may be the best route.  We can get like 5 or 6 free sessions via our work insurance, so figured I would give it a try.  So that is where that is.

My son has had a good first week of school.   It has been so nice to have him back home.  I had missed him terribly this summer.

For my Daily Intake:

B:  1/2 protein bar
L:   3slice cheese, 1/2 oz. chips, 3 oz. tuna
S:  1/2 muffin
D:   Soy Taco Salad
S:  ???  Not sure what I will be craving tonigh!  Maybe some farina..........I have been wanting some.  Maybe I have been craving it because my iron is low????

Exercise:  Getting ready to go to the track - aiming for 3 miles again this evening!

Hang in there Leslie, counseling is probably a good next step. If you do decide to divorce you will have tried other options too.

Good for you Leslie....try every option first if you can. Divorce sucks and can get sticky. It is always easy for people to tell ya to leave. I have contemplated breaking it off with Dale for the last 6 years......something makes me stay...not sure what! We just passed our 22 anniversary. Damn thats a long time!

Okay...off the soap box and on to the food......
